I've been watching dozens of videos for sling bags as I am in the market for a new one. You are the only person that makes the very, very important point reference to the orientation of the zippers when opening the bag while slung and the possibility of belongings falling out. I agree that all of these bags should have dual zips for ambidextrous use. Excellent job Sir!

Thanks David, you do great reviews!! I have the AER Day sling 2 in xpac which I have been using everyday for the last 5 months. I love it! The feature I appreciate the most is that the sling sits lower on your body so you don’t have to have “T-Rex” arms to access. Keep up the great work my friend. Always excited to see when you post a new video!

Great review :) I wonder how the compression system can compress litteraly the bag. I didn't see any video on that point. Compare to the bellroy sling for exemple.

Really appreciate the video and work, I already picked one up for my brother this Xmas but I don't mind watching another review on it until then lol. Yeah it does but they are also hella simple bags. I usually like things that are on the overbuilt side. I guess I misrepresented that in the video too. More like, never looked at. I’m just not that into most of their bags

I have the OG daysling, the chonky boi, I have one major complaint which is when I’m running or biking it slides from my back to under my right shoulder. How does this sling keep its position when on the move? I’m trying to decide between this and the alpaka elements tech pouch that can become a sling since the city sling is a bit wide.

I would say it moves pretty freely. When you tighten it you can keep it pretty much between your shoulder blades but I don’t think it would work while running still. Hope that helps!

Depends on your needs. The city sling is bigger and more organized. The wandrd is super light and easy to use and I think looks better day to day

Their both among my favorites. The d1 offers more open space but the AER is more organized overall. Depends on your needs a bit. If you want to see more of my content head over to the Carryology channel. I mostly post there now.
