Gabe Ikard and Teddy Lehman break down the biggest topics in college football, the NFL, the NBA and much more while focusing on what Oklahoma loves: OU Football and the OKC Thunder. Thank you so much for watching!
Can this gen of kids go everyweek balls out ?? I dont think its possible to programmed for instant gratification. Tom Brady, Ray Lewis, Manning, Rodgers are the last of the greats
I can’t wait to see the WK2 wrap up! I need Ikard to say out loud that he was wrong about: 1. Zero chance at making that point spread. 2. Michigan is better in the trenches.
NOBODY GONNA TALK ABOUT STUSTMAN GETTING THROWN DOWN LIKE A RAGDOLL ON ONE TACKLE THEN GETTING STIFF ARMED LIKE A 12YR OLD ON ANOTHER TACKLE. I LIKE STUTSMAN BUT THAT NEVER EVER HAPPENED TO BOSWORTH!! DANNY IS WAS OVERRATED, HE IS NOT A KILLER LIKE BOZ, CALMUS, TEDDY ETC DON'T TELL ME BOUT ALL HIS TAKLES, THATS BIS JOB, THE DEFENSE IS DESIGNED FOR WHOEVER IN THAT POSITION TO HAVE ALOT OF TAKLES. HE'LL BE A LATE 2ND ROUND PICK OR EVEN MID 3RD ROUND AND NOT ON A NFL ROSTER IN 3 YEAR, BOOK IT!
I think JA's trying to limit turnovers at times, and other times, he's second-guessing himself. The defense can only hold up for so long. Gotta do better on third downs or not get to 3rd down. Gotta either run and have it work, or stretch them with the pass and run afterward. Balance and consistency are not there yet.
I trust our defense to keep us in a lot of games this year, it'll be all right guys. Remember in 2000 we beat a pretty terrible OSU team 12-7 and we won it all that year. That being said, we need our offense to get it together now.
I don't care if you are the reincarnation of Johnny Unitas; if you can't or don't beat out the guy ahead of you, then you shouldn't get the job, period.
Dillon Gabriel left town to make room for Jackson Arnold. JA didn't beat out DG. He got anointed the starting qb position because Brent Venerable didn’t want to upset JA. I bet BV won't ever make that mistake again....
Arnold isn't elite and never will be. Period. He can't read defenses and he is too inaccurate. What he did in high school is irrelevant. He has never been anything but average at OU. BV should put the ENTIRE offensive staff on notice their jobs are on the line depending on how things look through Tennessee including the clown Littrell who was a TERRIBLE hire. We all knew it at the time.
Jackson Arnold needs a quarterback coach, or perhaps he just needs to be exclusively in the Baylor offense as to the a mixture Baylor Offenses and Mike Leach's. Maybe the coaching staff need to stop talking so good and put some foot down in practice. Oklahoma is looking Dion Sanders, all flash with no real substance on either side of the line scrimmage. This will be a long season if we not start playing some real football. I am from the Chuck Fairbank as he transition over to the King (Barry). I don't just want to dominate the teams we are suppose to dominate, when Tennessee comes to town I would like for them to see something that resembles the Traditional National Powerhouse Oklahoma is supposed to be, BOOMER SOONER 4 LIFE
BV should have brought in an OC with experience in a power 5 conference. He was loyal to his buddy Seth littrell and now we are paying the price for it.
Stop with the RPO's every play. Its so predictable. Where's our power run game, under center? Hawkins needs to get ready... hopefully, Jackson can play free and just ball out and run more if possible.
I wish they would ditch the RPO. I hated it in the beginning, and I hate it now. I just watched a high school football game and it was RPO against RPO. It was the worst game I’ve seen in a long time.
Needs time? Have you seen Dylan Rioala the true freshman, Avery Johnson red shirt freshman at KSU, or Nico the red shirt freshman at Tennessee??? Jackson is supposed to be better than them.
Jovantae had some juice all game long. He and Tatum need to see the field more. They should also feed 6 and 10. Those two should be easy safety valves for JA. Maybe retire the jet sweep until we can block it better
Was this team overrated during fall camp? In the future, I'm not sure I will believe any more reports and evaluations from fall camps. The majority of these insiders apear to be embellishing! So glad I don't pay for their advice.
Our offense looked like they all we hung over and stoned they looked lethargic as all get out we also need to figure out our play calling cuz it was just off unreal how weird the whole game looked and our defense looked great except for how much cushion we were giving their receivers
Does anybody on this team ask your opinions? Worrisome if they don't. I seek as many pov's from people I trust as much as possible. External opinions are good
I don’t know if I can finish this vlog, but I hope you guys will rip The OC a new one without losing your job. That’s the most unprepared and predictable offense I can remember in a long f ing time.
Literally personality does not hit me as a creative personality. It seems like he has seen alot of different plays from other coaches. Mish- mashed them together and just calls plays. No creativity and no psychology setup. He plays checkers
I saw you in the chat with that OU clown Jason and that other dude... don't even bother explaining anything to him. The most out of touch OU fan I've ever seen. He really thought Michigan was gonna run up on Texas, ate fried crow lmao.
Maybe the coach needs to simplify a few things like we used to run the full back and he just swing out and turn around in the middle like where the middle linebacker is it’s a big-time play and throwing little slant pass or quick out by the tightend and I didn’t see any of that stuff … js
