I think you got it right at the end, you had to work more on the belief he could manifest amnesia, which is something lots of people struggle about and need to be taught. Of course 10 minutes weren't the best span time to restructure a belief...hypnosis is fast, but not THAT fast lol! 😅 It may need time to get results, which is what I sometimes do with my subjects, and I needed time to get there too. A lot of street hypnotists seem to always achieve it, but that's why they only pick the most responsive subjects and/or post only the best videos. It's not easy to show failures, as it requires a lot of honesty and courage, and that shows what kind of a person you are! 😊 After all, not all the people in therapy are immediately responsive, but taking the right time they can reach their results too. On a lighter note, as always I dropped... "Count your fingers...' "WHY DO I HAVE 6 FINGERS?" You succeeded with me! 😂
I found a hypnotherapist within a 15-minute drive near me. We've begun discussing possibly working with her for a particular issue I've been having: persistent and recurring dreams about past experiences. I am interested in using hypnosis to try to find out why this keeps happening. Now to discuss this with my parents. I'm not sure how to tell them about this issue and that I want to be hypnotized. I'm afraid how they'll react.
