@@johannadinsdale If you haven't studied it, it will blow your mind. Coming from traditional background it completely shattered my conventional way of thinking about hypnosis and hypnotherapy, hardest part was putting the structure away and to expect unexpected.

So long as the clients are aware and understand that they are walking into a conversational hypnosis session, I feel like it is a great option!

@@johannadinsdale I feel motivated clients don't care much about methods used as much about the results they wanna achieve. Some movies hypnotise us and they don't warn us that watching them might cause emotional reaction.

Weight loss is the other issue (the main one being anxiety) that I'd like to use hypnosis for. Portion control, and lack of motivation for working out, namely.

That was an oddly satsfying video. Still I'm kind of puzzled by how it works, although your thinking process was logical. The session in itself was fascinating and very relaxing to listen to.

@@sierrabrandenburg4002 not at all, hypnosis can be all talking in a deep trance… we have full ability to talk in hypnosis, some people are more reserved on camera 😁
