When it comes to your livestock, we know you want to be smart with your investment. In order to do that, you need to get the full value from your animals when it’s time to have them processed. It’s hard to be confident your meat won’t get mixed up or cut wrong. Dropping off your livestock can feel like a huge risk. We believe you should have no doubts about getting back your meat, cut the way you want. We understand how much time, energy, and money you’ve put into this. That is why for over 25 years, Oklahomans have trusted the Gabriel family to custom-process their meat and do state inspected beef slaughter. Here’s how it works: 1. Book Your Appointment - Simply schedule an appointment online or call us at (918)885-6758. 2. Drop Off - Come in & our friendly, helpful staff will take their time to get to know you and make sure we are clear on cutting instructions. 3. Get Your Meat - We’ll call you to let you know your meat is ready! We also offer delivery service for your convenience.
Naw still sounds crazy, hell naw. Bill gates doesn't have the money for me to do that. If the machine jams oh well go home for the day. That is a facility maintenance problem I am a meat cutter. Go cut some meat over there.
Insufficient guard. Its not the manufacturers responsibility but the emplyers. The guard needs to be secured in a way that a tool is required to remove it and if the guard distance isnt far enough it will need to be legnthed. OSHA doesnt care about warning signs...thats not guarding
i work at a bbq joint where would shred the pork but u had to push it in the blades cus it would jam sometimes. one day my coworker was doing it and pulled his hand out without a pointer finger

Haha abit of a drama queen I run my hand on the outside of these because it feels abit nice haha it's a tenderise not a cutter seems he's a deli worker and not a butcher
My coworker in a butcher shop when I was a young teen caught his hand in an unprotected machine and was damaged severely. All of these grinders should have a protective device.
