Welcome to my channel. I'll provide Electronics related repair videos and Electronics projects. I'm a passioned troubleshooter and like to build customized circuits since often I'm not able to find exactly what I want for a reasonable price. I also like to explore new technologies or circuits that are simply not commercialized.

EAY609689901 - clicking relais >> Fuse F501(4A), R929 10Ohm/5W, VCC(15V) on pin12 were not there. L6599A( is ok) but following parts on pin12 were dead-> ZD504(15V), R506(2.2R), ZD804(15V), R806(2.2R)
MY Samsung Plasma PN60F5500AF exhibited the same issue. I replaced the blue 106 capacitor with a 10uf 50V electrolytic. There is only a single blue 106 cap near the chip on this model. I established which side was ground via continuity to the ground screw using a Muti Meter and soldered in the cap and voila it sprung to life. Thanks for the information. Hope my comment helps others with the F designated model.
I was unfortunate to come across this video a bit late, by then I had attempted to change the capacitors and the transistors on the pcb. But after seeing this video I first checked if the glue on the board had become conductive, only to find it very conducive. So I removed the glue using isopropyl alcohol. I was clueless about this before I saw the video, and now my subwoofer is glueless after I saw your video. Thanks a ton for posting this. Saved my subwoofer from going to the dump.
Ive been having issues with my Samsung ue46es6100 that would simply Never connected tô the wifi but worked fine some days ago it started blinking 5 times the Red light tried everything measured everything and came across your vídeo guess what... Disconected the wifi module TV turned on and works fine..
Thomas Grande, 62, Berlin, Germany
I have sony home theater 5.2 subwoofers make that humming sound. I tried unplugging and plugged different electric sockets, but still doing that might be capacities repaired just need help thanks
How dare you! Hk installed that glue, so you have to buy another sub! You're defeating the whole purpose! Well, I hope you enjoy your sub for many years to come.
The only difference I'd make Is wind EVERY LAYER the same direction, so the magnetic fields of each layer would be n/s, n/s, n/s, n/s, n/s You've wound it back and forth, so you're magnetic field of each layer will be n/s, s/n, n/s, s/n, n/s Do you see how they'll give totally different results? It PUSHES the magnetic field outwards through repulsion, Winding back and forth PULLS the magnetic field inwards through attraction within the coil layers itself Hopefully you might try a side by side, for others to see as that's one comparison not done yet ;) definitely 2-3x stronger
Unfortunately not much gain can be obtained that way. The main limitation of these coilguns is saturation of the projectile. Once it's saturated the force on the projectile decreases substantially, with the same magnetic field strength. That's why all ferromagnetic projectile designs are still clunky. The best designs use a higher mass projectile and therefore have higher kinetic energy, still at very low velocities compared to firearms.
@@tomtechtod9200 the stronger field can handle a much bigger/denser material with ease, on my motor i can easily push n52 magnets super faster, the normal weaker coil needs much weaker magnets to push same principle with iron much strong pull
Y ya lo tienes en producción ? Ya se puede comprar ? Por qué si no tan solo eres otro troll de patentes , El cáncer de la innovación y el verdadero progreso
Ok for anyone that watches this video he is somewhat right, except you do not have to unsolder the speaker, just take the cap off with a pair of pliers and remove the silver flat piece inside and put the cap back on, very simple and easy to much work with the whole solder deal lol
I bought one of these bass cube, i plugged it in and all i got was loud hum and buzzing, so i knew what was wrong, the power capacitors were bad. they usually swell on the top. you don't need measuring of the caps, you can do it by eye.
Hi, you have presented an excellent video showing voltages to verify, I dont get backlight at all does that mean Power Board BN44-00667Ais bad? I would really appreciate if you could guide.
Una consulta tengo un ts15 igual se me dañó la tarjeta del amp quiero sustituirla, cuales serían las salidas de audio del preamplificador para conectarla al nuevo amplificador?
Hello @TomTechTod, i know it's and "old" projet but did you tried an evolution with an infrared LED to use your phone as a remote control for TV, etc ... ? I personnaly have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, so an old phone, but this one have an Ir LED and i use the free "Irplus" app (google play, without too much autorizations so it's perfect) then i can command all my TVs, sond system, fan, etc... Plus this app let tou to customize and add new remote and more important export the Ir frame as XML file. So maybe it will possible 1) to change your small circuit to do an Ir one, then 2) with an personnal (or existing one) app generate the frame for this Ir circuit?
I don't think there is enough power from the headphone jack to drive that LED. + ; remote control signals are usually modulated onto a carrier frequency, something like 38kHz from what I remember
What component is responsible for these beaten sound?? I have two power obord boards one brings the heartbeat sound they second doesn’t do anything sound at all, and no power.
Hi, nice video and very instructive about how the feedback work on the inverter. In my case i have an Ikea MWN 200 S, but in fact it’s an Ikea stiker on a Whirlpool microwave. There is an error 5 ou S as it’s the same symbol, the microwave work 5 second on microwave mode then « error 5 ». For your information it’s work perfectly on grill mode. I tried to test the contactors on the door but it’s ok. Ok also for the klixon. As the error appends only on microwave mode i tested magnetron, and it's ok. So two possibilities, the main board or this inverter board. And with your video i think about a simulator to try to identify the one problematic… It’s seem on your video 3:37 than the feedback (green) the frequency is 50 % less and it’s change from 1 to 0 or from 0 to 1 on a change on control signal from 1 to 0 (yellow). So to me the feedback result look like a D flipflop latch, as CD4013, connected on the control signal. What do you think about realise a small circuit with a CD4013 to similate the inverter juste to know if the error 5 is still here (then the main board will receive the good signal as feedback)? Sur the micro-wave will still not work ;)
Hi guys, 12 days ago a wanted to create an inverter simulator to know if the error 5 (or S) will stop by this way, even if the oven will not heat off corse. So the simulator was done with a litle bit more componants the expected but not too much. No more errror 5/S so i'm sure at 100% the problem is the inverter and i will investigate more because i already have tested diodes/IGBT/Condos/tranformer. A small video off the simulator working => ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ENPNTNqdkQ0.html
