Typical coach ego a former habs player who thinks he can coach holding back a young man with talent who happens to be playing for another original 6 team franchise
I really like Bedard & want him to become a top tier player BUT he is beginning to be exposed in major areas which will be huge obstacles in that happening. Most all his goals are on the PP. He has not been able to really make space for himself 5on5/even man. He really struggles here keeping control of the puck with waaay to many turnovers. This has been said somewhat by Richardson. Bedard shy's away from most real contact looking skiddish and when getting hit is getting smashed or bounced around like a pinball. He plays the smallest I've ever seen of any under 6ft player. I'm serious. All that has led to a terrible +/- which is making him a detriment to winning for his teams even if he's scoring. This is NOT good. You did not notice this a much with Chicago become the whole rest of the team was terrible blamed for the losses. With a much better group of players around like in Czech, it's pretty evident that as time went on Team Canada coaching staff was coming to the same conclusions. You will not become an all time too tier NHL player that near only scores on the PP, is easily manhandled, avoids hitting, can't take hitting, plays very sub par defensively, not good away from the puck & being a floater. Luke Richardson himself politely stated that Bedard need real work in these type areas. Some though are more character or mental things that are not easily changed or gotten over.
he's 18. you're treating him as if he's some vet that should have fixed holes in his game years ago lol how many star forwards; past, present, and future; had complete confidence and both offensive and defensive awareness right out of the gate at 18? on top of that, he's going against stacked teams with actual nhl players in an international tournament for the first time in his life. he's not getting exposed so much as he's just learning the game as an up-and-coming player. again, he's 18 competing against some of the best players in the world.
Bedzy gonna be just fine. it's like water of a ducks back with this kid. He's always ready to go. It's the media that makes things bigger than they are with him. All media.....
The fact that they're still celebrating at 57 should tell you all you need to know. Only children and true blueberries would still feel enjoyment at that point.
So what did Mcdavid say that you can't believe? I can't watch your videos anymore. I click for a reason but your videos have nothing to do with the title.
Rempe has taken 1 penalty in this series. He brought tons of energy to game 2 and was far more noticeable than Kakko (who he replaced) was in Game 1. He screened the goalie one of Goodrow's goals in game 3 and finishes his checks every time. I'll take 1 penalty every 2 games if it means bringing constant energy grinding down the Panthers with his body and screening Bob. Trouba has more issues with penalties this post season.
The fuck did he do? I promise you click bait doesn't get you subscribers. It just gets you clicks from tards or someone like me who sees this video about nothing and never comes back
Can you show this Rempe penalty clip with an earlier starting point? Reinhardt clearly interfered with Rempe who was trying to check the player with the puck. It should have been a 2 and 2 penalty. 2 for interference for Reinhardt, 2 for Roughing for Rempe.
They weren’t dressing him because his main role isn’t really needed in the playoffs. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t have value still. Their win/loss record with him IN the lineup suggests he provides something positive more than negative
Noticed a lot of those Panthers hits r pretty high and probably borderline at best!?? Panthers r a dirty cheap team in my opinion and a perfect example of it was When Bennett sucker punched Marchand and got away with 0 punishment!!?? I don't think it should've mattered when it was finally clearly shown that he sucker punched Marchand...he should've been disciplined as soon as the video was out!? And I'm sure the NHL knew what he did well b4 the next game too and for whatever reason didnt show it!? It was really convenient that the 1 angle that really showed it wasn't shown til after the next game was going or was already over!!?? Something was definitely fishy there!? And I don't think it should've mattered!? The NHL should've immediately disciplined him as soon as video was public!? Really they should've known and done something immediately after the game it happened in but either way they should've suspended him at least 1 game and should've fined him!? Really he should've gotten a 2 game suspension!? Marchand had to miss 2 games cuz if his dirty play!? I say if a guy injures someone on an illegal play like that and the guy injured has to miss games then the guy who hurt him should be suspended for same # of games the injured player has to miss!!??? I bet that'd definitely stop guys from deliberately trying to hurt other players with dirty shit like that cheap ass sucker punch!!?? By them not punishing Bennett there they're basically telling him it's ok for him to keep doing it!? He's done it both of the last 2 seasons and both times it's been in 2nd round and he's magically gotten away with it!!?? Last season he did same kinda thing to Mathew Knies and then this season he did it to Marchand!!? And if anything he's getting more blatant with it cuz when he did it to Knies he disguised it Lil more and they got tied up together so wasn't as noticeable but then this season he did it to Marchy and it was more blatant!? He still disguised it some but even in real time u could tell something happened there other than Marchy just trying to hit him and getting worst of it somehow!? And when u see the 1 angle it's clear as day that Bennett punched him in face!!?? The NHL has really gotta crack down on these guys doing cheap shit like that when taking or giving hits!!?? I just saw a video yesterday about Troubas hits and how he elbowed rodrigues in last game and they showed clips of him throwing other hits and there's one common thing he does when he goes to hit guys....he throws his elbow out!!! The league needs to get on him about that and get him to stop throwing elbows like that!? It's a wonder he doesn't get called all the time!!?? Like if he's skating backwards and guy goes to deke around him he'll lean towards guy and throws his elbows out to basically interfere and get in guys way more but often he's throwing his elbow towards guys heads!? And more importantly when he's going to throw a big hit himself he tends to throw his elbows out all the time!? Most importantly tho the league has gotta do something about officiating cuz the refs r getting worse and worse each season!!?? I think they need to add 1-2 refs that r off ice and r up top with access to video and replay, basically like the video coaches each team has do, and whenever the refs on ice make a call the guys up top can quickly look back at it and make sure the correct call is made each time!? That way there's no guessing or any bullshit and then everyone knows it was the right call!? It's so ridiculous when something happens and the refs make a call on ice and the replay is shown on tv and on jumbotron in arena and all the fans can see that the refs clearly made the wrong call but the wrong call is still upheld even tho everyone, except the refs apparently, saw that it was 100% the wrong call!!?? It's just ridiculous and there's zero reason y fans and teams should have to live with wrong calls being made and upheld in 2024!!? We have the technology...we shouldn't be having to live with obvious wrong calls anymore!!?? Also refs need to be made to answer to media after games!? I bet they'd pay much more attention and care more about making sure each call is correct if they had to answer for it when they fuck up!!??
Conor isn't happy in Chicago. He'd rather have some of his team mates around his block who literally know how to play hockey. Chicago is so slow as slugs.
Rempe has gone toe-to-toe with the league's most brutal enforcers and got straight up after this check, only to dish one out himself immediately after. A hard lesson? I don't think so, Tim.
Rempe might have cost them a goal, but he was also a big part of a goal. He was screening the goalie, and if he had not been, who knows how the game would have turned out.
Bedsauce is ny ,rempe hater who loves the cats and dirty cat litter . Rempe has a lot to learn but you my friend have a lot more to learn just to reach rempe
That's what happens when Canada has its z tea. At the world's lmao .u know they have no chance in hell if all our elites were playing lol. Well done swiss
Pure crap. You wouldnt know hockey if it kissed your butt. Rempe actually played well. He was instrumental on the Goodrow goal. He didnt play in the third and would have been better than most of the other players who did. As for overtime, if the game went deep he would’ve played. Rangers have bigger problems than Rempe taking one penalty when their captain Trouba took four. Get a life.
