In Denmark, some people have a fixed salary per month, and others are paid by the hour, and are paid according to how many hours you work per month. There are agreements with the trade union on minimum wages, and agreements with the trade union on working hours, working conditions, etc. There are also agreements with the trade union on overtime pay. If you work after 4 p.m., you have a higher salary, and if you work at night, you get double salary. You can always negotiate a higher salary yourself than the union has negotiated with the employers. It has been agreed with the trade union that your working hours are 37 hours a week. Many have flexible hours and can organize their working hours themselves within the 37 hours. Some choose to meet later in the morning and can then go home earlier, and others choose to meet later and have to stay a little longer in the afternoon. You also have the option of saving up for extra holiday days if you have flextime.

After 3 trips to Odessa, Ukraine I wish men good luck but in my experience it's just a dream. If you want to travel and see a beautiful city and country I say go but do not hold your breath when it come to finding love.
Yep, I noticed this years ago. She also doesn't make the grammar and pronunciation mistakes that many slavic people make. I'd be curious if she was born and grew up in Ukraine and if so, where did she learn English? She speaks English much better than most Americans I know.
I never thought 🤔 that dating a UKRAINIAN woman was ever a thing 😅 cause before the war I like most of the rest of the world 🌍 didn't even know where Ukraine was at on the map 🗺️. But from what I can see Ukraine is a beautiful place ❤.
Are you talking about aid? I thought this video was about dating. Anyway, I'm a disabled seasoned Army veteran who was recently homeless for a year, struggling with a dysfunctional VA, and I disagree. We can walk and chew gum at the same time. Ukrainian men serve their country, but a fight for freedom serves all of us. If I weren't so broken, I would have volunteered years ago. I still may. I'm very familiar with government spending, having spent it myself, and we're not wasting anything. It's fair to say that a lot of people are dysinfranchised in the US, though.
