Let's hope for Ukraines sake that Trump wins in 2024 so he can negotiate an end to the war. If Trump doesn't win = At least 4 more yrs of war. There are many people who are so stupid, they'd vote for Biden again.
@@WhatisthisstupidfinghandleIf it's not true then I wonder why Olga fled the country when the war started? I hope the father of her daughter is OK. Hopefully he's not stuck fighting in the war.
It's making the people in control too much money and they don't care what it costs everyone else, it's like a legal way to steal immense sums of money. You're right, I don't see any point either.
Let's just call this"war" exactly what it is. A resource grab. Right after vast deposits of oil and gas were discovered in south and east Ukraine, the shtshow kicked off.
Ok, a little bit crazy, that Germany, Polen, USA and other countrys not get easy permanent residence if the want. We give billions of US Dollar and all the support.
Thank you for information. We do not have the criteria to apply. We are American senior citizens who simply want to live in Kiev. Maybe later the rules will allow that.
Hi Olga, I hope you and your family are doing well. I wish your bakery lady friend would hurry up and bake that very special cake I ask about. 👍😂😱🇺🇸🇺🇦🙏🏼✌️
My temporary residence permit(registered business)expired in September 2022 and I'd planned to renew it. But of course, I left Ukraine that year and haven't returned to apply for a renewal. Will this have any bearing on reapplying for the same type of permit in the future and will the process and requirements be similar? In other words , would I be eligible for renewal or would I have to apply for a new TRP a second time?Of course, I am asking hypothetically, due to the war situation
@@davidwebb4904 since you dont know the rules and laws of Ukraine its better not to give false advises to people. All the TRP that expired after the start of the war at 24/02/2022 are still valid and they can be renewed as long as the martial is still in use + 30 days after the expiration of the martial law.
It is so difficult to become a permanent resident or citizen in ukraine...why would any foreigner or migrant so through such difficulty when you can just cross the border into uk or germany and sweden from very poor african and muslim arab countries and you can get permanent residency and citizenship very easy. Just in 2022 the uk allowed in 700,000 migrants from the poorest countries in the world like in africa and muslim countries. The migrants prefer uk and germany and france and denmark because it pays a lot more money for welfare benefits and easier to milk the country for money and jobs. Ukraine does not give welfare benefits to migrants. Secondly, ukraine is 99.9 percent european people. In uk and germany and france and denmark it is the opposite, if you are non-white like muslim and african and arab you get preferential treatment when looking for job. Getting into top university. Also when migrants go ukraine they are not equal to native ukrainians. In western europe and uk it is different. They are equal to european whites and in many ways have more opportunities and higher social status.
Yeah, as always, the people who want to do things legally are the ones punished, while the lawbreakers get rewards in the manner you describe. This is happening across the West due to decadence and left wing governments.
I bought couple of apartments in ukraine and rented out and i live much better than london or any european city , with my budget it is best choice. I love this country and people
For the firts method do you need to pass Ukrainian exam or just 5 years living in Ukraine be enough to get PM? About the second method, what happen if you get PM by marriage and after 5 years you get divorced, would you be stripped out of your PM? 😮
Hi Olga, great video! Thanks! For marriage purposes, does the couple have to have been married in Ukraine? Me and my Ukrainian wife were married in USA.
Thats fine as long as its translated and apostled. Pick a country you want to move to. Ship her there as a refugee, and if the stars are aligned, you could grab yourself EU residency. Choose wisely. Some countries are more amenable than others.
what about people who divorced years ago before the law was passed ? for example if someone was married in 2003 and divorced in 2018, does this mean they will loose their permanent residency, or does the law apply only people who divorce after the law is passed ??
You need to have 1. Your passport 2. Translation of your passport 3. Your TRP (if you have) 4. Your address registration (if you have) 5. Kid's birth certificate where it must say that you are the father 6. Kid's citizenship document With all those documents you will go to state immigration office and you will submit the application for the PRP It better if you will visit them before and ask them if all those documents are enough or if they require something more
If Ukraine is not recognized as a country, wouldn't the end of this war change the laws of residency for all citizens? I'd say wait to see what happens after this war.
It's going to be recognized as a country even if they lose 10 or 15 percent of their land in future peace talks. History will view the current russian government very harshly at some point in the future.
@@dsmj7389 Well, that point has already passed. The RF has fallen, and will never be a great power again, regardless of exactly how this war turns out.
Ukrainien were leaving their country as soon as they could because life quality has been lower then many other countries. A long time ago beiore the war started
@@Calmosus Yes, many of them moved to Western Europe to seek a better life. Many also made their way to the US and Canada. Just a few weeks after the war started, their presence in big cities like Los Angeles and New York City just grew fast. I here Ukrainian and even Russian every time I go to the supermarkets.
Ukraine is the largest European country as such it's a very interesting market and it offers an interesting variety of beautiful landscapes. The war has its impact on a lot of European countries. In most EU countries immigration rules become much stricter for non-European migrants. Some Ukrainian regions are comparably safer. Most continental European countries are currently preparing for war against neo-Stalinist Russia. Our defense industries are introducing night shifts. The political process of disarmament treaties, which began in the early 1970s, has now been ended by Russia.
@@jorgruthschilling most countries offer something. Most of Ukraine is used for growing food, anyway. As for sone places are safer. Of course. It’s a huge country. But other counties not at war are even more so. And it’s not so much about life or death. Chances of being killed are very low there. But being in a county at war and not being in a country at war is just….different. Different in a good way. If I was in Ukraine right now, instead of Romania, I would feel different. Basing this on how I felt previously when in Ukraine after the war. And having to bus/train in is also a pain in the arse. As for preparing. Nothing to prepare for. Nukes away!
Look at how eager Ukrainian refugees are to learn the local foreign language. I am impressed to meet many Ukrainian refugees in my everyday life who learn German very quickly. In Germany, foreign spouses only receive a residence permit if they can demonstrate language skills of at least A1.
@@davidwebb4904 Don't call it discrimination. If you want to live in a foreign country, you will need some level of (common) language proficiency. Tourism is very different from immigration.
I totally agree, she should be helping the Ukrainian people in any way possible for the war effort like Anna from Ukraine youtube vlogs telling how to help the Ukrainian people she never left the warzone, like Olga did who fled to the UK and trying to tell people how to get residency in a wartorn country the mind boggles
Actually you don’t need any paper to live in Ukraine,as the airports are closed,Ukraine cannot deport anyone 😂,and before the war you could give the airport 100 dollars when you leave 😂
