I started my personal journey through the Shaolin Arts, guided by the online instructions provided by Shifu Shi Heng Yi, the headmaster of the Shaolin Temple Europe located in Germany, in his official webpage →www.shihengyi.online
I'm strictly following the 4-Step Online Training Recommendation with the chronological order of what, when and how to practice, training hard and trying to do as best as I can. Why I do it?
Because I've always known about the top of the mountain, but I was walking around without the right roadmap. And I stopped many times, with a deep feeling of frustration and insufficiency.
Now, thanks to his benevolence, I can proceed working my way towards my own destiny.
At this point, all depends from my willpower. Am I strong enough? 🧐 To discover it, I took this commitment of share my progress with you.

By the way, it is not going to be something immediate to change a structure of posture and movement learned over 14 years in a couple of months. And this is one of the beautiful aspects of this journey I have undertaken: emptying my mind of old knowledge to make room for new ones. This was just the beginning, and I am excited to believe in my ability to change, that is why I continue practicing with love. 🥰🙏
Great preforming and its showing the great effort done and a lot of discipline, I can’t say or see that the spirit of forces of kungfu are missing, you’re on the road and that’s more important than the finish ❤❤❤❤❤
Noo, I spent almost 6 months just to remember the sequence of the 13... then, I keep practicing...💪 and don't think it's anything special, in all the broader and faster movements I lose the sensitivity of the Qi. The exterior remains, and there are many errors in it too... time is an inexorable judge...😁 that's why it's very good to record, if you don't have a teacher! 😅 You keep practicing, little by little we will climb the mountain💪🌱🙏
@@tryingtogoalltheway I admire you. I watch SHYO YT too and admire him too... I'll follow your steps and copying SHY, hope I can be like you someday later 😀
Transparency, humility and simplicity........ You embody these Divine Qualities and We are Grateful for your service . Thank You for sharing your practice. Om namah shivayah, we bless your existence🙏
Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I agree with you: when I looked at myself, I realized that, and in fact, this year I'm working on it...😁😉 (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0Lxw1_tWsRA.htmlsi=zikJTDR8gVw-S7r6)...😊🤞🌱
It must have been an unforgettable experience. I hope to one day visit a monastery and practice alongside the masters.🙏 Thanks a lot for your support. 🤍
Very nice! You movements are well balanced and your intention is good. I feel you can improve your punching and "stomping". The transition from slow movementbto fast movement is sometimes not instant but gradually. I feel this needs to be quicker. What is your background? I read something about ballet? Did you take shaolin lessons?
I can only agree with everything you wrote. Luckily, last year, I discovered the Livesessions on the @shihengyi.online channel and, from there, I approached Kungfu. I danced, yes... until 22 years ago. Then, the void. And now this wonderful light: the Shaolin Arts. For the moment, I'm making do by "stealing" techniques here and there and trying to document myself with written texts. I'm working on the basics a little at a time. I hope to one day get to a RouQuan in condition. I hope I can get rid of all the rubbish inside me and come out, free and light. You don't know how pleased I am to feel supported on this journey. Any advice is precious, especially from those who know how to look. Thank you! 🦋
@@tryingtogoalltheway I think improving the best way is to try to find a teacher who gives classes in person. If there are no schools nearby, multiple "kung fu" camps are being organised. So then you train for a few days or a week. About punching and quick movement: my teacher says its about moving fast and being relaxed, but at the most outstretched position you push. So you tense up your muscles to be able to transfer as much energy outward as possible. But after this instant you compress slichtly and relax again. The tensing up is really quick. You dont prolong a tensed up state, but only use its hardness to try to explode all the built up momentum outward. Its hard to put down in words, but this is the gist of it.
You are truly an inspiration in my life's journey more so than all the masters that preceded you. It's in your resilience and simplicity. I truly appreciate your guidance. Thank you. Little ray of light.
I have no words to respond to yours, perhaps too big for me... (I'm not a hero). However, remember that we are all on the Path, my dear friend, even the true masters are always on a journey. Embrace everything, including yourself. I hug you tight. 🤍
...And it still is, but I see it as necessary to accustom the body to those postures. The ideal would be to stay there much longer, but I'm not capable of it yet... 😅
Glad to see you learning kungfu, the way that i cannot learn because of living in afucking 3d world country,i cannot reach to shaolin online because of my regime we cannot pay online,i am dying to learn please help by making videos step by step, thank you
Hey Ali, I'm really sorry for what you told me. It must be difficult to live like this. But if you can connect to RU-vid, it's not impossible. Here→sites.google.com/view/tryingtogoalltheway/how you will find a collection of resources that may help you. I don't know why you think I'm paying someone. I wish I had the chance to have a teacher... All I do is copy what I see. And repeat, repeat... at first it is enough because you have to give your body a structure, so many exercises are not useful for you. I started thanks to the videos of Master Shi Heng Yi. They are free, you just need time. Don't be discouraged, start practicing at home, without making a lot of noise. Cultivate your soul while conditions change and are more favorable to you. Here you have me for anything that is in my hands.
Buenos días, bonita ejecución. Enhorabuena ! No quiero tener prioridades. Bueno si. Lucho contra la dispersión. Esa es mi prioridad. Gracias por compartir. Saludos. 🙏🏽
😅😅...genial Pepe, comparto plenamente!!!

A deep bow for your contemplations and your sharing of your journey. Your videos on Chan Gong Rou Quan and Pan Gen have been supportive of my own practice. 💜🙏🏽💜
Lester,😊I confess that you caught me at a difficult moment, and that I sincerely thank you for your words. Although I want to emphasize that I can't teach anything, because I don't really know anything about gongfu, and that I only seek to support this practice and its virtues, so that what was lost is recovered. 🤍 Once again, thanks, and good practice. 💪

I just wanted to say again that I am so thankful for the practices you send me but there is still a question that burns on me though. How did you get to the exercises in the first place.
