Summary of my first three months of practice at ‪@ShiHengYiOnline‬
Hi everyone!
I'm a student of SHYO Training since 6 of December 2022 and I enjoy facing my progress with transparency.
1. For the first 3 weeks I only felt some pain all over my body. 😅 Then it passed. Now I try to mitigate the work of the legs with some stretching after the exercise.
2. The flexibility of the upper part of my body (fingers of the hands, arms, back) has completely changed.
3. I learnt how to clench a fist (never done before...🤭). Effect → Now, when I feel tired, I do it and it gives me back a lot of energy.
4. My chronic back pain, due to many hours sitting down in front of a PC, has gone.
5. During the practice, my level of awareness is around 30%: 1 breath over 3. I miss the first because I'm worrying about the correct posture, and the last because I'm thinking about what goes next. I can follow the breathing just when I stay: for this reason I decided that from now on I'll practise more slowly. 🐢
6. Recording this video I realized that I often make weird faces 😅. I have to figure out how to free unnecessary muscles and release my face.
7. I'm very glad about practising, but I feel the need to extend this feeling, trying to pay attention during the 24 hours of the day.
8. I still don't know what Qi is. I need more practice.
Through this video I also would like to:
→Encourage others who are not martial artists like me - we can do it! 💪 - above all to develop patience continuing our practice day after day.
→ Support, as I can, the Shaolin Temple Europe and the enormous endeavour of Shifu Shi Heng Yi 🙏 who, sharing with us these ancient teachings, gifted us the chance to improve our health and our body and mental strength, with the aim to restore those treasured missed virtues required to become a better human being.

I started studying Ba Duan Jin and Yi Jin Jing, but only as separate parts.I have not yet tried to execute these forms in an integrated form. I watched your demonstrations. I am delighted.This is not a compliment, but a definition of my emotional state after watching these demonstrations, especially with excellent musical accompaniment. I will take this as an example for myself. Thank, Deianire, for the pleasure I received. Fabulous.

Great, please use this energy to penetrate and stay in the movements you make. Take all the time you need, don't rush. I am grateful for your generosity. You will not lack support for your practice. 🔥

Thank you for sharing your experience, I discovered your channel a couple of days ago… I started practicing some Qigong routines seen on RU-vid for the last 2 months now. I do 1 hour a day. Reading your comments, I recognize myself as I have the same questions and energy blockages that I am trying to understand to make the Qi flow. I have not been a very disciplined person throughout my life. I want to commit and go all the way to… Like you say, I can’t think of something more urgent …. Take care! Did you buy a course from the self mastery program or simply learning from the Shaolin Temple’s Europe RU-vid videos?

You don't know how pleased I am to read you! 😊 I was really hoping to be able to help from this perspective: we are all students in a shared virtual dojo... Alone but together along the way! 🤗 I only follow the free classes and videos on RU-vid. 🤷There is so much to study and time is short... a Master would help a lot, but for the moment it is not on the horizon. I wish you an incredible journey... capable of taking you where you want to be. ✨Thanks again✨
