Hey! Ill be doing this for idk how long as an insecure 16 year old! Here is my progress! Btw if anyone has any tips on how to stay consistent I would really appreciate it as I keep quitting- Day 1: Done! Im done with this too <3 (Forgot to post) Day 2: Done! It hurt but I did it!
Y'all im trying this for a week everyday cuz i need my summer body😭 Day 1: completed I did it twice but the first time I was doing it my abs were BURNING from yesterday when I did sit ups so I had a 5 min break (pls remember to stretch before and after the workout) I'll updatee!! (Remind me)
1st week Day 1: ✅️ that was hard. it didn't feel like that was just 5 minutes😭 Day 2: ✅️ still harddd Day 3: ✅️ kinda fine but still struggling 2nd week Day 4: ✅️ my body's getting kinda used to it now [Started doing this to burn the belly fat. Comparing D1 and D4 belly pics, my lower belly fat is slightly less prominent in D4. Btw, I do this workout every after a 10 min yoga] Will update this maybe on my 3rd week! <33

Hello. Im a beginner new to pilates (home pilates) as cant afford to go classes. Im hoping to do at home Think doing pilates twice a week then slowly gradual build up do 3-4 times a week when im ready. Good idea? Im aim to tone my body up and feel good in my body.
