11 years ago, how many of these guys still powerlift today? Spoto: Disappeared. Lilly: double quad tear, retired. Bell: Keto shill, doesn't lift heavy anymore. Green: still lifts heavy but hasn't done a meet in years. Rubish: off the gear no where near his peak strength. Eric: also hasn't competed in years. Ernie Jr: has actually made a comeback over the last few years. Efferding: long retired. KK: R.I.P Malanichev: retired. Bolton: diabetes, kidney transplant, he's lifting again but a shell of his former self. Urbanik: disappeared, rumored to be doing gay porn. Benni: downsized, mostly retired.

Lloyd ranks among the greatest defensive players in Steeler history and one of the best in the league during that period of time. Watching those old highlights brings me back to those great days.
Hey man why do you always delete that one powerlifting video with the guy talking about throwing his gym bag down on a squat rack 5:30 on a monday. Its the only one that gets me going, atleast with the hans zimmer soundtrack but I can’t find it, any help?
I wondered if you had a copy of the video "powerlifting the pioneers" (I'm fairly sure that's what it was called). It features the song "outro" by M83, and was made by sampson7858. It's disappeared. I consider it to be the highest art.
Dumbest statements ever made!! Unhappy things going bad. What bullshit!! I was the happiest, most content in my life when I was winning world championships and national championships!!! That guys a moron
If you discover something that works it's only a matter of time until the science catches up, but are you going to wait decades for it to catch up before taking action? Besides that a lot of the studies would be based off of what people found to be effective and they want to find out by what mechanism. A lot of stuff in science is short-term studies, small groups and inconclusive only to be contradicted by the very next study where one small variable was changed.
What happened to "powerlifting the pioneers" (I think it was called)? The one with the M83 outro song? That was maybe my favourite video of all time, then it disappeared.
