You should do a tree encounter vs. fish encounter . Since Quick Gg is lucky with tree encounter and chillin is lucky with fishing encounter. It would be a legendary battle between Quick Gg tree encounter vs chillin fish Encounter.
I mean even moves like dynamax cannon are 10bp less and 10pp less. 5 uses on a move that's ultimately weaker in my opinion makes it much easier to deal with. Acrobatics could potentially sweep a whole team on a sufficiently strong mon but something like prismatic laser cannot
You should do a schoolyard-style team pick! Each of you catches 6 or 8 fully evolved, pool them together, and then you take turns picking your teams. You know the moves of half so a potential advantage!
110 BP (165 with STAB), 15 PP, 100 accuracy, no type/ability immunities...yeah, sounds fair. As an aside, the comparison between Foul Play and Acrobatics damaging Corviknight isn't as definitive as people think...Acrobatics is a possible 7HKO, Foul Play is a 5HKO (and this is taking everything into account...pertinent IVs, stats at level 50, natures).
Hey boys! Ive been watching you now for a few years, dont even remember when i first subbed to both of you. You comforted me through some tough times and if im being honest ive not been the most interested viewer in the last year or so. But in the last 2-3 weeks i started watching your videos again and i have to say you still got it for me man. Im having a hard time right now aswell (dont worry nothing heavy, just some challenges) and youre giving me the same comfort that you gave me that time ago! I probably will always remember what you did for me and hope you two get where you want to be one day (if youre not already there) even though im a stranger to you, we all live in the same world andi love you guys! Rock on.
15 PP 110 effective BP (165 with STAB) 100 accuracy No type/ability immunities Anyway, I figured out the math (and the pertinent IVs) for the comparison of Acrobatics and Foul Play against Corviknight and found that Acrobatics (though resisted) was almost as effective as Foul Play (a 5HKO from FP vs. a possible 7HKO from Acrobatics). The kicker, though, is that Skarmory has a 9 Attack IV (and Corviknight has a 24-25 HP and 25-26 Defense IV)...when that sort of stuff is possible, the move is too strong. The reason it's not normally banned is because of the inherent "drawback" (of having no item)...which is neutralized by the decision to not use items too often.
@@Alsebra Do they ban stuff like Glacial Lance and Astral Barrage though? I thought I remembered one of them having Glacial Lance in a recent battle, and that’s 130 BP 100 accuracy.
@@FroyoMNS, Glacial Lance is balanced a bit more by the 5 PP and Ice being a rather resisted type, while Astral Barrage is hampered by low PP and a type immunity. Acrobatics (though resisted) was almost as effective on Corviknight as Foul Play was; this means that the move is harder to switch into than most other powerful attacks, even if it's resistant and/or highly defensive.
Elemental doubles battle would be really cool. Like Sunny day vs Hail team. At least one pokemon on each team has to have like sunny day or hail and then build teams from that point. Without random abilities.
If you guys do this again, you should have a timer for each of you on screen to add some context. So we know if you’re sweating about how the other is doing is warranted or not
Maybe a challenge where you use 5 random items and 1 single item of your choice. Or just go rambo and all 6 have focus bands. Adds a spice to the challenge lol.
Here's an idea for a race, pick start and end spots, catch only randoms between the two, full randomized but fully evolved... first person to get to the desitnation has to force the other to use one of the pokemon they caught on the way, but no looking at abilities or attacks until after that trade. This means you have to catch at least 7 pokemon to be safe, so that you have one to give to the other player, it also means you wanna catch BAD pokemons to give to the opponent XD
idk why but it triggers me everytime chilln or quick say "vicinti" to victini 😂 like bro. y'all can read "victory" right? now replace ory with ini and you got it down 😂😂
I have an idea: Type Nuzlock Tournament Challenge. Over a few weeks where you both spin a wheel to get a type, catch first 6 you see of that type and battle, who ever loses gets that type taken off the wheel. you go until someone runs out of types!
Battle Idea- You go through your past videos where each you have won and select the Pokemon that are alive from your winning team and make team of 6 that way and battle
Winners should get something for winning. A random held item, a random evo, a full evo, a random encounter after the time runs out but you have to use it, an extra minute, remember one move… something.
Idea for a future battle. You only shake trees and fish. Fully evolve what you find, three skips, legendary are approved but you only get one. Must alternate between trees and fishing.
Do a hangman challenge. Find a random encounter and make a hangman game out of it. If you win you get to choose whether you take or skip. If you don’t guess it and get hangman the opponent gets to choose if you take or skip. Sounds fun.
You guys need to play the new DLC. Play with some new Pokémon! I know the game was glitchy for awhile but I love seeing that game play. It would be cool to see new Pokémon
I think they're staying away from S/V due to difficulties randomizing things (which, combined with the glitches present, could break their games)...they tried early on in the versions, but moved back when they realized that it wasn't stable enough for randomizing.
Need to see some more scarlet and violet challenges maybe you can spin a wheel one of you gets the main game Pokédex pokemon and one gets pokemon from one of the dlc packs
To those wondering about the ban on Acrobatics, it comes from a place of the power of the move. Not only is it effectively 110 BP from the outset, but it has 15 PP (most other powerful moves have 5-10), 100 accuracy, and zero drawbacks (type immunities included). I did the calculations for Acrobatics vs. Foul Play from Skarmory against Corviknight and came up with: Skarmory Attack IV - 9 Corviknight HP IV - 24-25 Corviknight Defense IV - 25-26 Foul Play is a guaranteed 5HKO against Corviknight, while Acrobatics (which is resisted and hitting a base 105 Defense) is a possible 7HKO. Mind you, this is coming from a *Skarmory*...
Challenge idea: Of course everything randomized as usual plus randomized stats but instead of completely randomizing the stats, they swap between each other for example the attack stat becomes the speed stat
You should do actual races through the map and the winner picks out of 3 pokemon and the loser gets 2nd pic . Would be hilarious if you are neck and neck then get charged by a Cleffa to make you lose the race. Or id like to see a starter fully evolved challenge so you each get one from each gen
Then we fight idea: Choose randomized starter only knowing their resistances (babies will evolve). Bonus idea: make every pokemon hold Focus Band (an item that have 10% chance to make your pokemon not get KO'ed - it's like screaming DODGE DODGE! When you know the move can't be avoided and you actually survive on 1 hp (dodge) thanks to Focus Band).
I would have rush and catch the first 6 pokemons and called it a day right there lol baby or nt ... that way the opponant most likely had only one or two against my 6 hahha
here's an idea: 6 random encounters where you try to guess the base stat total. if your guess is within 10 points of the base stat total, you get to choose to keep it or use a free skip. you also have two skips to use even if you dont get it right. I dont care if you fully evolve The Pokemon
Cool challenge. What if you both raced to a random encounter and the first person to reach it gets to keep that encounter whether they like it or not. The other player has to get rid of their random encounter for that turn. Do this until you reach a full team.
Challenge idea Take turns going first First play hits a random encounter ( fully evolve if can) Second player has 2-3 mins to catch over world Pokemon thats 4 times effective against first person catch You can change two of the moves of your random encounter but your stuck with your counter pick moves You also get one block to use against the counter picker they have to move on and can't catch that pokemon Any other rules or changes up to you
You guys should to a 30 second challenge, where the timer goes down in the overworld. You can catch ANYTHING you want, BUT if you go for a hidden encounter you HAVE to take it. This also gives you an extra 5 seconds to your time, allowing you to search for better mons!
a similar concept. you race to catch your team. you can pass etc, but if someone catches lets say gengar for the team neither person can catch a ghost or poison moving forward. once person 1 has a full team the other team only has X minutes before they can't catch anymore. edit this could also cause someone to take a lackluster say gyrados to lock the other one out of water and flying for example.
I like this idea. What about catching 30 random encounters to play pokemon battleship and list them in the order they were caught. Legends, babies and everything in between..
I have an idea for one of these with the randomized starters. Basically it's a you tell your opponent their national Dex number but double every number to make it harder like for example if the Pokemon in front of your were Charmander, Gardevoir, & Litwick you would tell the other person the numbers are 8, 564, & 1014
Video Idea: Each fill a box with 30 mons with babies, mid stage, full evo, psuedo, mythical/ultra beasts and legendary. Both get 1 guess for each row but can’t see each other’s box unless they use a 1 time only free peek of the other person’s box. Once you each pick 1 from every row then you fight.
I've been saying this for a while, you guys help with my Sobriety. Alcoholism is no joke. So thank you both. ❤❤❤ Let's........Goooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Should do a challenge where you use all 25 different pokeballs to catch 6 of your pokemon any pokemon you want but you have to use one of all the different pokeballs
When they picked up their current editor(s), they shouted them out pretty regularly; now that things have mellowed out, they've smoothed it over. That said, I love the upgraded vids for these challenges!
To be honest, I wonder if they are at all. They haven’t played the new DLC at all and haven’t seen them play another game other than sword and shield for months
@@loganh1371it's their preference to play sword and shield especially if they like the battle format better. Their hype for Z is their personal preference too. Never know since the game is coming out in 2025
@loganh1371 they probably have like 100 filmed videos or at least 20 and they put them out. In real time they're probably filming those videos and it'll be out sprinkled in between some of these soon.
