Hey guys, I hope it's the right place to ask. So I'm contemplating between buying CS1 or CS2. I am a casual builder with some experience in SimCity, but I've wanted to try something new for years now. My idea was to buy CS1, but as the years went by, CS2 was released (I don't have much free time) and I see all the criticism surrounding it. So as a kind of beginner, who won't spend 10 hours daily on the game, but rather just play it casually sometimes, which game would you recommend?
Wow, the music is really disgusting. Sounds much too generic and not even AI. Sad what some "producers" are thinking what theys are doing. This is really trashy crap generic bum bumm bummm...really sad.
My father introduced me to it when it launched. My father still plays it sometimes he has a very big city with a lod of mods. Everything looks so epic he would be great at having a youtube channel here but sadly he doesnt have time yet. Maybe when he goes into pension :D
An absolutely outstanding build! How did you control the pace and quantity of the traffic? In most other videos, human and vehicular traffic is crowded and chaotically fast.
One thing worth noting is that in the 60s and 70s, many European cities tried to follow America's example of making themselves more car-friendly, since it was deemed the pinnacle of progress. Thankfully, they have since tried to fix that mistake, and from the late 80s onward, they have been taking steps to undo the damage dealt in the 60s. A prime example is Amsterdam, who has been doing these changes since the 90s, and now, they have become an excellent city to live in and have become a cycling mecca.
misleading title, looking for a true vanilla city and straight away it's 'yeah used a mod' doesn't matter if it's just the more tiles mod, it's still a mod and not vanilla.
