Your form is the best I have encountered so far. However I am finding it hard to inhale and exhale the full length with some of the forms and find I speed up in line with my breathing. Is that the right thing to do? This morning I double breathed looking at the sun one as you move so slowly.

I love this Warm Up For Meridians. It is perfectly suited for me and my body. I hadn't realized that my neck was quite stiff until I started doing this qigong basic warm ups. And I definitely need it too for circulating my hips and everything else that you do here and explain. Thank you, Mimi🙏
