Wow!🎉 what a surprise. I purchased a while ago your book Qigong and the Tai chi axis. I translated it into Dutch a d made a book for myself. I wanted to start in spring with actual starting performing Al the exercises. This video comes just in time to get me started. I did the brocades with you and now - because I didn't do these for a while - my legs are shaking😂. So tomorrow will be a recovery day, but then I certainly will practice again and again... it felt really good to see that you are still in good health and want us to have the advantages from the brocades too. Finishing with the hands over the lower dantian I got chivers all over my body, a nice gift . Thanks for giving us a new and beautiful video, all in the same way as your lovely caring book. 😊wim

I too love the gentleness of your teachings and the music has a touch of the ethereal. The older version had random people walking in the street, some of them pointedly checking you out. lol. It added a certain flavor. But I appreciate this newer version with lovely scenery and more detailed explanation of the meridians, and emotions associated with each brocade. Thank you!
