Possibly wrong aerofoils. The canard foil must have a lift coefficient that starts decaying at a lower angle of attack than the wing foil. That canard foil looked like it was working too well.

Surely - even if they're only taking enough off to refloat the ship - they can figure out some way to move more than one at a time? Lock them together somehow maybe? The crane certainly has the capacity. Even if they have to manufacture special shackles or whatever to do the locking because they normally _are_ moved one at a time.

I’m just a photographer, but I believe that that is a landing light that basically lights up the runway for driving around. So you can see the runway markings and such, I believe it folds back into the fuselage when the gear are retracted.
