So much space for the instruments- it’s not just voice over a bland background.

Normally I'd be pissed that the camera isn't on Taylor during the guitar solo or Richards for that matter. But I'm sorta pleased this video had a lot of Charlie in it. When those guys were tearing it up the camera was close up on him.

Are we sure the Stones did not release this? It kind of sounds like a song that eventually morphed into Ventilator Blues a few years later.

To all the wimpy pop stars of today, this is the raw roots of the Rockin Roll business. This was right in the middle of the Viet Nam war and this generation was pissed off. 300 Thousand at Altamont Speedway in Calif. Absolutely iconic moment in music history.❤

Aren't there some parts on the official David Bowie channel? Or is that a different concert in this tour? (I'm thinking Space Oddity, they have a better quality version which is definitely very similar)
@Sunbirds2soarwith

No, that was taken from his Vancouver concert earlier that year. This show has never been used prior to this being uploaded.

@@Sunbirds2soarwith doesn't it feel weird that if you never made that copy, it would be as if this concert never happened
@Sunbirds2soarwith
@Sunbirds2soarwith 17 дней назад
@@mushroomcraft Although I have often throught that, you are the first person to ask me that and yes it does. It's something that would have been lost forever and no one would have known, but now it's out there and I am both relieved that it is, but also feel strange that this whole episode where the band is still young and having such a great time would not exist apart from personal, distant memories.
