Aaaannnd cut to the chase. It's SUPERIOR PRODUCTS FORMULA 4 SPRAY WAX..Your welcome😂. You can order any SUPERIOR PRODUCTS from O'Reilly Auto Parts store. They usually have it delivered to whichever location you are at in 24 hours. This product really does "change the game". ( I hate that term so i mixed it up!). In my experience using this product in the direct sun, I have found you can actually save some time by skipping a step. Once you have your soap lathered well on your car, don't bother to rinse it off. Instead, immediately and liberally spray FORMULA 4 SPRAY WAX (diluted 10:1) onto the soapy car. Give it 20 seconds then rinse it off! I use my EGO leaf blower to rinse iff the majority of water beads then wipe off the rest with a micro-fiber drying towel. Water spots, if yny will be minimal and wipe right off!
What would you charge per foot for a wash, Cut/buff with a wool pad to remove the oxidation then wax/sealant. I’m currently at $120 per foot for this service. I use two $160 gallons of presta super cut and 2 wool pads that cost $50 each.
I spent 10 hours washing a RV covered in mold and mushrooms growing on the roof. Charged $500 so it ended up being $50/hour and I felt like that was fair. I know this job is older but No way could I do $7/foot for the work I did especially in todays economy in Canada.
I’m confused Scott. I have 3 important ? to ask you. I bought a machine a while back but was scared to used it. It is the 6” Random O.Kit. GG001. It came with One Step Sealant. Polish & Synthetic wax. How do I used it. (1) Can I shine my car with this or I need to buy the one in your video COMPOUND?? (2) Is there a difference? (3) It came with 2 pad. Wish one do I used and how. Pad 1 is just Orange it said Correcting. Pad 2 Microfiber fast finisher. Who do I used these pad. Please help. I have no one else in my family to help but RU-vid. Michigan here... noticed the sweating last year a few days after using the combination.. It just buffed off during a quick wipe down and now I know why. Just a weekend detailer for my own car so it didn't impact anyone but myself but I wish I had known before using them together. It is July 2024 now and I am getting ready for my annual car polish / correction and will use the combination again but this time I will start on a Monday and know to go back over the car on Friday so it is looking nice for the weekend. It was embarrassing last year to know I drove around for hours with the wax swirls showing on the car when the light hit it just right.
Makes a ton of sense. Too much heat isn't a good thing - don't ask me how I know! That's why a person using a rotary can mess up a finish - I've seen someone wreck the paint on a black Lexus. Holograms everywhere and that hazy look Scott was talking about. And of course he had no idea about compounds and he thought he could do everything in one step. Sometimes it's best to say no vs doing damage and wasting the client's time and money. Great video! Thanks for sharing!
