Dear Mr Scott, I’ll take my chance and hope you’ll come across this comment. With all your wisdom and how you make people think out of the box, it’s without a doubt that no one has opened my eyes to different aspects of detailing like you have. So hopefully you can make a comeback as we need people like you who speaks through the heart and cuts through the chase as many products and equipment have evolved and you definitely knew how to cut through the noise and put things in another perspective. All I can say is thanks for all your work and expertise and we can only hope and pray you’ll be back again. Sincerely yours Tony.
Sappy love letter. He doesn’t care about you or detailers. He cares about selling products. He did a phenomenal job setting up a RU-vid base to sell to.
I've been following you Scott for about 2 years now and I've learned so much. I've saved hundreds of dollars buying quality products tested and recommended by you. I've simplified my arsenal and minimized my time spent. I'm eternally grateful and wish you the absolute best in all your endeavors. I look forward to providing whatever kind of support I can, Bud. Can't wait for the next video. Best of luck 👍
Been missing you Scott. It felt like I had a friend that stopped talking to me for reasons unknown. Glad to see you, and your idea sounds great. Have a Happy Independence Day! Hope to see more of you soon.
I can't believe almost 2 years has gone by and I never knew about this video. With the covid world the last 2 years flew by but I was here on YT and thinking that I haven't seen anything from Scott in a while, I wonder how he's doing and what product he's testing. Now I find out he's not here anymore. What a bummer. I enjoyed the videos so far and learned so much. Scott, I hope you're doing well, happy and healthy. I'm sure I speak for a lot of people that we'd love a video soon just of you saying hello and what you're up to. Thank you for the years of knowledge, time and effort you've given us!
He was recently killed in the Ukraine as his girl was going to bring her mother to the United States when SHTF. RIP Scott and may your channel shine brother
I wonder if Scott stopped uploading because he became tired of the atmosphere on YT....Anyway Scott thank you so much for passing on a little of the wisdom and skill that has taken you literally years to learn. I have incorporated many of the techniques I have learned from you. Thanks again...JD
Dear Scott, I've been re watching your videos. You always have been one of my heroes! Because your Very Honest and Sincere and have Integrity and you care about your audience. I truly miss your videos. I hope you and your family are doing well 🙏! You are a Class Act! And as many of us miss you Dearly. I saw a video on the Maralex sprayers on another Detailing channel today. April 6th, 2022. Now it's called LM. Located out of Minnesota. It still has your products from DPC. 😔. I just hope everything is going extremely well for you and yours. Thank you for sharing all your great knowledge and experience with us.
You can find the info around... When the coatings initially released they were terrible and had tons of issues. He initially tried placing the blame on "incorrect installs" and the users, but eventually I heard they ended up having to refund everyone. Lots of internet drama ensued, you can imagine how his responses would have been based on his personality/delivery... Lead to tons of money lost for the person (Sumeet) that actually owns luxury microfibers and whom was maintaining the actual business relationships and financing the venture along with all of the pressure washers etc. Scott wasn't actually an owner of any of it, never his warehouses/employees/funding like he always referenced, he was just the face and marketing piece and sometimes consultant per their agreement. They since separated and supposedly the coatings are now newly formulated and his own separate venture now. Maybe they are better but why chance it with all the proven options out there? Crap happens in business, seems like they have both gone their separate ways, he's a great youtube personality and seems like a decent detailer that try's to help people get the job done for less. Maybe he will come back someday, but there's a huge disparity between where they have both ended up with their businesses & partnerships....
I think I know why you're going in this direction, it's something you love to do, and you're working smarter and not harder. And let's face it, time stops for no one and what we used to be able to do years ago isn't as easy for us today. I'm excited for you Scott! 😁
Just returned my carpro ceramic coating and about to order one of yours. I feel like I owe you that for showing me awesome lessons over the last 3 years, thanks for bringing these to the market brother! Love the passion!
I really like how well you were able to word that it's not your coating but someone else's that youre reselling since the manufacturer which seems to be supahado doesn't do public sales only mass private deals. As a business graduate I'm impressed. But at least disclose you're relabeling a professional product that's available to commercial customers in bulk and not in public sale and say you're taking on the responsibility and liability of individual sales that commercial sellers don't like to deal with.
Where are you? I just discovered your channel. Your vids are awesome I find very informative. I requested access to your facebook page can't wait to see what is going on there.
I lost my new iPhone 4/5 months ago and iv had to go look up all channels I’d been following and re subscribe, couldn’t remember this channel name but now found it,but looks like nothing happening on this channel anymore as the last post “this post was over a year ago” so is this channel now dead? Will there not be anymore content on detailing cars,is Scott only now selling products instead of doing cars ?? @Scott if you could answer my question pl
Scott where did you go buddy I really miss you and your videos as well as your expertise plus I love that your a honest man as well .we all miss you very much 😢 I love your videos and I miss all your information as well.
Thanks for the update. My birthday is on July 10! Took advantage of the 4th of July special and just received my sucker towel and it's top notch! Brian from apex speaks great of it as well as your sio2 shine and and armor. Can't wait for his review on your coatings as well as yours! Congrats on the retail fronts as well.
He probably quit because he gets a lot of hate on detailing forums because of the way he acts and how he produced terrible coatings and tried blaming detailers for installation error until he got so much more feedback that his ceramic coatings were getting screwed up he finally gave in.
Where'd you go? Please come back! It's been over a year and you haven't made that follow-up video you promised (you mentioned you'd release it "next week" in this year-old video). I miss your uploads and all your quality content!
Great news Scott. I've been away from Facebook for awhile now. It's gotten too toxic ,even for me. Lol. Glad to see this video and I hope you have much success.
Great video Real quick...I have a client coming up in about 2 weeks (2015 Lexus RX 350...white interior) They got red lipstick in their headliner....it's been there for about a year We are here in Columbus, OH I've watched you and a few of your videos How in the world do I begin to get that out? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated
We need More RU-vid videos Scott! Please come back to us..... Detailing is not the same without you! 😢 I hope you are doing well and I hope we can see you soon in a video again. 👍
Checked out the website. I see the products but there is no description. Would be nice to know what I'm buying. Miss your video bro, do you still do videos? We miss you
Hi Scott, quick one... What's a good spray wax/ceramic that can be used as a drying aid when doing a Rinseless wash or even a traditional wash? I usually use quick detailers but they don't leave any protection behind after.
Hello Scott. Can you possibly create a video reviewing p21s polishing soap. I mean there's some videos but they're not thorough. I also wanted to know if that type of metal polishing soap could be used on paint/headlights.
@@angelseliteautodetailing Just subbed to you :) But do you have any idea what might have happened? There's a FB group, maybe one of them in the group know. Something def happened man. He kept saying he would update shortly after this video and it never happened. No updates since. Hope it wasn't partner related. That stuff's rough.
@@angelseliteautodetailing Keep at it!! Consistency is key as you know, and it's hard to be consistent for me anyways lol. But Scott's active in the FB group! Join it, the link is in the comment section pinned by Scott I'm also using starting a mobile headlight restoration service very soon, wish me luck!
Once applied if needed can it be polished? If you get a light scratch on the door will the whole door need to be redone or jus the section that was polished out?
Scott, I recently realized I hadn't seen your notifications for some time. I am so relieved to know you are doing well. I wish you the best of luck with your new undertakings. I'll be watching with much anticipation!!
CONGRATULATIONS! As we all get older it's great to see that you are switching gears from detailing alone to delivering great products to end users! Good luck with your new company and can't wait to see some video testing of your new products 👍
Greetings I live in a condominium and I do not have access to any type of current, what alternatives would you recommend in addition to a generator ... for example, if I could use a car inverter for polishing and vacuum
Hi, i have many years detailing boats, but now at 60 plus semi retired i was thinking about specializing in removing orange peel and making cars look like show cars... My question is can you recommend the best system to do this... normally i wetsand, then use my rotary buffer to bring back shine... zero experience with dual action units...i would like to see if i could get better results with a d/a unit since they seem great and don't make as much mess... is there a Dual action unit and system that can do the job?.... thinking using 1500-2000 to remove orange peel first... i could also wet sand with 3000 is needed.... just let me know which machine, pads and polishes etc to finish jobs so customers will do back flips of joy... thank you for sharing your knowledge...
Glad your doing this Scott. I am certified for 2 different coatings. If these coatings are up to par and I'm sure they are. I will switch to your coatings. I have never believed you should have to pay to use someone's products. But you got do what you gotta do. I have never got into the IDA there just a money pit. $500 to take written test BULLSHIT. Just like I've told other detailers that have the certification. Just because you took a written test doesn't mean you know what your doing. Your teenager took there written driving test and pasted. But that doesn't mean they know how to drive. That pisses people off lol. Glad to hear from you again. Hope you had a great holiday.
Hi Scott I just built a new onboard Ro di system and would like to wash small aircraft. What non corrosive soaps do you recommend that I can apply with my foam injection system. I’m in Tucson AZ thanks for any input. FYI I also custom build these Ro/Di systems
