I have AGIX, which is ethereum already stored in Ledger Nano - does this mean that I can now also send ETH to this wallet too or do I have to do a new install so it gets organized properly? I have spent many hours trying to get this very information! How to pair a new S1 with an existing SafePal software wallet. Thank you!!!! Their user guides are pretty useless. Starting with how they use the word "recover" a wallet. It isn't lost, its on the app! Then they NEVER address the situation - which MUST be common - where an individual has set up a software wallet and put crypto/keys in it and then waited 2 weeks for the hardware wallet to arrive. Finally, Ive done it!!

I got a few problems with my safepal. First, the battery never worked on mine and it turns off which gets me very nervous during transsactions (not sure if i should have to worry about that). it doesnt charge more than 10%. the price is great but is saving $50 on a wallet worth it when you're storing thousands of dollars worth of crypto on it? I wish customer service was more readily. I'm not 100% sold on mine and will probably switch wallets. my 2 cents.

No. Hardware wallets use a BIP 39 word list standard. That’s why you should never show them because you can then use that in another wallet to get your coins.

dont bother putting a Nest device in your house. They are worthless crap. They will kill the back up batteries and changing the batteries don't work. You have to change the entire device. NEVER put a nest device in any place that you need to trust in security. they are garbage.
