my new approach to goals

it’s that time of year where we set goals for the new year but more often than not we repeat what we did wrong last year and wonder why nothing is changing. this year I am taking a simplified approach of doing less but better in terms of setting goals and implementing habits within that. a lot of the information that I talk about is from the book essentialism by greg mckeown so shoutout to him.

loved this! excited to see how 2024 goes with your new approach, especially letting things flow more naturally. I think that’s my aim for the year too - fewer expectations on what I achieve and focusing more on small wins that compound over time.

I have just watched 2 videos on your channel and I really enjoy this topic, I wish I could be inside a community where people would discuss those things because even if I do many of those habits, it's hard to keep them up. Those videos are motivating, but real life doesn't happen with motivation, we need to take action even when we are not feeling that way. I find it difficult to return to my notes, do you have any tips for me? If you have any virtual group or idk.. something where I could find people just like us, I'd really appreciate it if you shared. Great video.
