The thing with the quality parts is also durability and ease of fixing after crashing. Quality gear tends to take a beating a lot better than cheap parts. So in a long run it is better to invest in some good stuff that will last.
I, too, am VERY passionate about starting this hobby. I've done a lot of tinkering with both cad sites and the cura slicer, just messin around. I REALLY hope to get my 1st printer very soon, by the end of the fall at the latest! This video definitely has me excited about the S1, praying I get the funds together to get everything I need to get set up! What types of tools would you recommend for this? (outside of the common households ones for assembly)
Bowden extruder is NOT going to cut for more fancy filament. I did my homework so i knew this upfront before i purchased my first one the Ender 3 S1. Direct extruder is what i want but NOT paying much more. The Ender 3 is truly an amazing deal with what it can do. Thanks to Creality for making 3D printer possible for the large masses of us. I bought a used one and I found out it is NOT that hard or complicated to set up and use. The cool thing is all the stuffs I can print and I can remotely monitor and control anywhere in the world with software add on and a camera. Go for it if you don't do then you will never know and learn. For under $100 you can have one all day long.
I can’t get a plastic bag in NYC but other people get to dump more plastic into our environment? ‘Plastic waste generated from 3D printing is rarely recycled and therefore, will typically end up in landfill’ 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I like the fact that you talk like a normal person, no high tech mobo-jumbo. Easy to understand and now I feel like I need to go to your channel and see what else I can learn. Thank you
brevite camera backpack 220eu absolute joke of a backpack thats worse than 50-80eu backpacks. check out camera, hiking or office backpacks, 30-40L that open like the auline if you want to spend less than a 100. But since this is about expensive fpv backpacks dont be one of those torvol idiots and get a cheaper and better one please
I am with you matt, sometime my grandson stop over and has 2 or 3 hour to fly, So we grab pack and head out. He calls me on his way over dump the batteries on the charge, he livevan 1 1/2=away.
I first researched additive mfg (stereo lithography) back in the 90's. Since then, I've watched the printers get better while reducing the price. When price, quality, filament types and abilities, ease of setup/use merged, I picked up a creality k1c.
Incredible video man, thank you so much! I broke one of the pins on my balance port so I can't plug it anymore, is it okay to charge a lipo battery without connecting the balance port? Thanks !!
Very easy... -all you need is a BL touch, a glass bed and a PEI sheet IN ADDITION to your Ender3 (100-150 bucks extra on amazon). They will eradicate 95% of all the problems you might have as a beginner. I really think they should do a V3 or PRO version of the printer, wich includes all that.
