I don't normally compliment people I've just met, but YOU have incredible taste in cooking channels.
Hello, I'm Jason. I make educational cooking videos. Typically deep-dives into popular dishes with new and interesting insights you won't find anywhere else.
I hope you enjoy the videos. And if there's anything you would like to see, please let me know in the comments!
I have a question about pressure cookers like an instantpot to extract the flavor from bones in the bone broth. is it not possible to use the pressure cooker without having any waterloss, and spend less time? or is the agitation in there too violent? or it cant go that long?
I don't have Chipotle in my country, and in my province there's basically no such thing as Mexican food... I'm gonna use this to open my own chain of restaurants and become a socialist billionaire
I was once told that what you eat in the Chinese restaurant is not Chinese food and they don’t eat it. It was made specifically for Americans. I inquired bc when I went, one of the owners came out with done delicious looking food and I said I wanted what he had and he told me he was eating real Chinese food and this US why you don’t see other Chinese going to these take out places.
infuriating how little attention this is drawing. thank you for shaping the way my family and I eat-you’ve brought so much flavor to our lives and allowed me to remake dishes for much cheaper. you deserve so much more for your craft
Making this now and it looks super tasty! Be careful how hot the seeds / innards of the chipotle are (wash your hands well multiple times after before touching other things or lips etc)
I made all but the adobo sauce was horrible adobo. Very strong and bitter. I added pineapple and other stuff to make it taste better. Any ideas why? What I could have done wrong.
The adobo sauce doesn’t taste good by itself. You would never eat it alone. It’s simply used as an addition to other dishes or as a marinade. But if you taste it alone, it won’t taste good. Try it in some of the recipes in the video and if you don’t like it, then tweak it. But don’t eat it alone.
I recently discovered your channel and am going through your posts. I love that there’s no obnoxious music, ridiculous skits, over-the-top attempts at humor (you’re pleasantly witty), and most of all - no reaction videos. Those are so tiresome. What you provide is painstakingly well-researched and informative content. I especially appreciate your explanations on the how and why certain ingredients and cooking techniques are chosen. Most importantly, your final dishes look wonderful, and I look forward to making several. I’d love to know how P.F. Chang’s makes their Kung Pao chicken. I’ve not had it in years but remember it being very good. Thanks for sharing your time and expertise with us!
Am I able to freeze the Pho broth after infusion. Make big batches and have it ready for a Pho party? :) BTW, mine is on the stove and will be ready in a couple of hours. The taste is phenomenal! Thank you Jason and Leighton!!
It's a very nice recepie. I usually make tori paitan style ramen but will def try this one out. That HALF ajitama egg is a crime xD i usually have 2 whole eggs xD
Words can’t describe how happy I was when I saw the episode come out! I commented a while back requesting this one keep up the good work! You’ve got to do Nando’s next haha
I LOVE cooking along with your videos (You're officially the only youtuber I cook with). Just made your walmart Ramen and my mind was blown. Can't wait to cook this!
