Monarch's who has Queen Elizabeth of York's blood. Henry VIII of ENGLAND - son Margaret Tudor, Queen of Scotland - daughter Mary Tudor, Queen of France - daughter grandchildren Mary I of ENGLAND - Henry's daughter Elizabeth I of ENGLAND - Henry's daughter Mary Stuart, Queen of SCOTLAND - Margaret's granddaughter Edward V of England - Henry's son Lady Jane Gray, The Nine Days Queen of England - Mary's daughter James VI And I of Scotland and England - Mary Stuart's son
So many top female performances in this series. It's hard to choose but I must say Amanda Hale's portrayal of Lady Margret Beaufort was nothing short of captivating. That final scene on Bosworth Field sends a chill down my spine everytime. "I'm Margret Regina."
Charles was just so disrespectful. His treatment of Diana, his wife and Princess was horrid. I would think Diana's popularity would be a boost to his own and that of the crown. I suppose he wanted the whole spotlight to himself, for he was so jealous of her and never made any attempt at discretion for his transgressions. No wonder Diana sought comfort outside of the marriage. His conduct is supposed to be that of a modern King? It's not like he could've married Camilla initially because she had already chosen Andrew to marry... I'm so glad they divorced and Diana at least experienced some happiness toward the end of her life.
We ask governments in all countries to unite the bridge pillars as high as one or two meters so that if a car hits a bridge support, it can still slide not as badly as a car crashes into a bridge pillar so that an accident hitting a pillar like what happened to Princess Diana does not happen again, sorry and thank you.
Well there's a saying in Malaysia, "bertepuk sebelah tak akan berbunyi" meaning if you want to applause or clap your hands, you need both hands to make a sound, if one hand it won't be any sound, well in my opinion, there was a moment of happiness Charles was happy with the beautiful Diana, but there was a scene, may it be fictionalised or not, it was Camilla who won't let Charles go, if she remains quiet with her husband, and move to another planet for all I care, there's always chances, as for Diana she is a Cancerian, the most emotional signs in the zodiac and also stubborn, she should've never let them win, just play with the cards and concentrate on her son, maybe is she did that, she will break Charles and Camilla's soul let them live unhappily ever after, she got soooooooo loved from people around her and most importantly her sons, unfortunately, there's one person she should be sooo in love with, the person is herself...
Charles was an entitled brat even if camilla was out of the picture their would have been a moment were charles isn't in the spot light and he would do what he has done time and time again......ruin it
I wholeheartedly admire and love the little swaddling of Elizabeth Woodvile @ 3.24 of her little girl ,Lizzie of York I suppose, with her charming radiant smile. So cuteee .
The difference between Diana and everyone else: She is now immortal. Her spirit forever lives. Soon Camilla, the Queen, Charles in time they'll be forgotten. But never Diana. Diana will always be loved.
Technically even if Perkin Warbeck wasn't Richard, Elizabeth's brothers weren't all dead her eldest half brother Thomas Grey was actually still alive as he didn't die until 1501 two years after Warbeck's execution.
In the account records of Margaret of Burgundy, Edward and Richard’s aunt, there is an account of money for the raising of “Yorkist heirs”. We know what happened to all of the Yorkist heirs but two. Edward was being treated for a very serious jaw abscess, before leaving the Tower. It may well have killed him. Richard, when he appeared throughout Europe, Ireland, and Scotland, he was believed by nearly all, including Aunty Margaret, to be young Richard of York. His knowledge of the young prince’s life was amazing, his resemblance to Edward IV overwhelming. The king of Scotland allowed Richard to marry his daughter. He was executed as Perkin Warbek but no one could say how the son of a French peasant could have acquired the manner and information of a royal prince.
Part of the silliness about Richard killing the princes was the safe positions of the sisters. If Titulus Regius were overturned (as it was by Henry VII) and the boys were proven to be dead. Elizabeth of York could have taken the crown in her own right. How did Richard overlook that? Instead, he and his niece remained close until his death.
@@kaleidoscopekayleyWomen had taken the crown before 1483. The war between Maude and Stephen showed that. No one objected to Mary or Elizabeth taking the crown.
@@kaleidoscopekayleywhere do you get the idea that the York girls had no claim on the throne? According to English law, in the absence of a male heir, a woman could become queen. When William Adelin drowned with the sinking of the White Ship, his father Henry I, made his daughter Maude, heir to his throne.
her father was a king, her brother was a king, her uncle was a king, her husband was a king, her daughters were queens of two different nations, her son was a king (henry viii) and her granddaughter is one of the best monarchs this world has ever known (Elizabeth l). damn Elizabeth of York built a dynasty.
I'm a fan since I'm a descendant of hers. Through her daughter Mary, queen consort of France (briefly) before marrying Brandon, and I come through their line. It's weird to know that decisions made in history are ones I should be grateful for because otherwise I wouldn't exist.

This occurred to me as well. Elizabeth 1 was Luxembourg/Woodville/March/York/Tudor/Lancaster/Beaufort/Howard/Boleyn. That’s one hell of a combination of very charismatic individuals.
