I was one of the ones who put gum on the wall of the tunnel on the Log Flume.🙋🏻♀😂This one time my brother, cousin and I begged my parents to stop at a gas station on the way there so we could get some gum to put on the wall. 😂 I loved the Rainbow. Not scary at all.🙂 Now I did not ride the Haunted Hotel. The Skelton at the balcony that moved scared the crap out of me. Flash forward to 2005 when I was 14 I got the courage to finally ride it but it broke down while waiting in line. Never had the chance to ride it since the Pavilion closed down the next year and for whatever reason my family didn’t go the Pavilion that final season. You also gotta good view of MB while riding the swings.
Sorry but you mentioned price. Price isn’t bad especially since you’re eating fresh seafood at a beautiful clean place with a beautiful view and happening area. It’s not McDonald’s or Red lobster. Most times it cost me $50/$100 per person. Get what you pay for.
This place was amazing. Great food and the view was awesome. Went here in 2000 on my honeymoon. I could never remember the name of the place until I seen your video.
Its sad to see it gone and i never been there in my life so technially that sucks for me and i divscoverd magiquest back in 2017 or 18 but magiquest will forever bepart of my childhood 😢
But it's weird the water at the beginning of the video is red but then later the water is blue but the sign on that rock says "DANGER hot lava" 🌋 so it should have been red too....
Very sad it’s gone. And so is the Simpsons Aztec theatre and Kwiky mart. Joe’s Crab Shack should be relocated into one of the former restaurants Key West Village or Liberty as Joe’s Crab Shack can renovate there while the While area of the former Dragon’s Liar show and the Simpsons Aztec theatre and Kwiky Mart and old Joe’s Crab Shack can all be demolished and have a new Steven Schussler Puff the Magic Dragon themed restaurant there with a new Honnoluee theme and singing dragon show with Puff as that be a whole good replacement. And also be nice if there was a new Puff the Magic Dragon themed mini golf course where Palace Theatre used to be which be a new creation from the owners of Red Dragon Cove. As for Puff the magic dragon bring a new dragon by the sea of Myrtle Beach.
I've vacationed here with my parents since birth. We'd go every week of the 4th and stay Sunday to Sunday and are only like an hour and a half away. My Pops retired about 3 years ago, they sold their home and moved to North Myrtle...I've never smelled Myrtle Beach smelling bad, but then again, we've never stayed In Myrtle Beach, it's about 30 minutes or more from North Myrtle or Cherry Grove or Ocean Isle..I only smell Copper Tone and Banana Boat sun tanning agents. Love that smell, brings back so many memories.
I am truly sad that most people will never be able to visit her site. I also live in SC. Unexplainable beauty in the entire yard. Twists and turns. And an experience I still don’t know how or why it happened. Probably a fluke, because my group separated. Girls one way, boys the other. But a toe ring was placed. It was on the wrong side when we did return. Never knew the story of her demise though. R. I. P. Alice.
Hi there I was curious if there was any places you could fish by the marsh walk. I was told Veterans pier, but I'm not sure where that is exactly.. We've been coming to Surfside and Garden city for 10+ years. Thanks
I love this location my favorite. It's way better than Greenville sc location.. We go for oyster roast, you can get fried food anywhere.. For some reason people think Southerners only eat fried seafood Not true.. Its okay every once in a while but not good for you..
I think the law is bull that you can't just drive around Myrtle far.. I've gotten away with it but I think as long as you're pulling over letting the traffic flow it should be fine.
Wow 1987...I was 11 years old. The 80s was the greatest decade. People who didn't I pity you for the crap of the present 2024. You missed out.. really.
