From 2014-2017, Cooking Today was a 22-minute demonstration-style television show on Northwest Arkansas' NBC affiliate KNWA. There were two different hosts over four seasons and hundreds of episodes! This RU-vid channel is where we share those seasons and recipes with you.
Looks good. I always add onion, little bit of spinach at the end, and always a splash of heavy cream. Crown your bowl with parmesan cheese. It was terrible all that chicken broth went down the sink!
FYI - To have the homemade parchment muffin liners stand on there own before filling. Use the bottom (turn upside down) of the muffin tin to make your mold and shape the parchment paper around the bottom. Then put in the muffin tin and fill. Enjoy!!🙂
Love pimento cheese. In the summer it was always in the refrigerator. I am 84 and still love pimento cheese. Cream cheese never went into to pimento cheese, it is something newer.
I've got to say I love this recipe. I was pregnant and craving banana bread. I made so many recipes and this one is my favorite. I now have a 16 month old who devours this. I am going to do this recipe today with some blueberries and lemon zest instead of chocolate chips. I love the chocolate chips as well.
