My head canon/theory of who the mysterious 3rd party is who created the original pre-war prototype assaultron was actually Dr. 0 (pre-mental degradation) of Big MT, and the design was stollen by RobCo for mass production for the US gov. This is the catalyst for Dr. 0 intense hatred for Robert House and RobCo, stealing his genius and keeping his name from the history books as the greatest roboticist of all time. This makes more sense to me, as General Atomics involvement in many other military and secret projects is well documented, such as Liberty Prime and Robobrains, but oddly there's nothing that points to their involvement with this original prototype.
I dont know why they made up 2 different tags of 'energy', clearly borrowed from fo3, these issues persists again in fo4 for energy/laser/fire effect weapons.

Just looking at Fallout 4, no matter which faction is in charge at the end? The Wasteland is still screwed I believe. The Brotherhood of Steel don't care for The Wasteland at all, that much is clear, Maxson is a megalomaniac, who will wipe out anything outside his incredibly narrow view of the world. Also as we have seen The Brotherhood for all their might an advantages, are highly prone to falling apart in the end. As in the faction in The Capitol Wasteland evidently did between 3, New Vegas and 4. Also their authoritarian mindset, as you said leads to revolution. As Ulysses said of Caesar's Legion,. that they'd eventually implode? I believe the brotherhood will eventually do exactly the same. much like The Enclave, The Brotherhood are just like the Raiders, The Legion, The Children of Atom, and even NCR. They are all just Raiders, with fancy titles. The BOS, like the factions I mentioned there all have one thing in common, fancy name for their group, and fancy titles within it. They all have a mind set they give out, and are all high restrictive on how you can act, think, believe, hell even who you can have relationships with. (Yes NCR does, play FNV, talk to the soldiers, NCR is Homophobic). NCR like the BOS also has a habit of running over people, annexing people, all that, just like the BOS, The Enclave and The Legion, they are all very similar. Now back to Fallout 4, The BOS, as I said, likely the worst faction to be in charge at the end of the game, if not for The Railroad, as you said, they care for Synths, for the most part, now this is discounting Deacon. Now Deacon is loyal to the cause, but he wants to help humans to, and Deacon is a rather sketchy character. If you ask me? If the Railroad were the ones in charge? Here is what I see happening, Deacon would start pushing to expand to helping humans right? Also I believe the Sole Survivor would back him up on it to, and Desdemona might be removed from leadership, likely putting Deacon in charge. I could see this playing out and The Railroad joining with The Minutemen to form a much larger group, that could in turn become the force to save The Commonwealth Wasteland and become the beacon that inspires other regions of the former America's to (Mind you this includes Canada) to step up and do the same. When it comes to The Minutemen on their own? As well meaning as they are, we have seen they they are prone to infighting, they are not well armoured or armed, though those muskets can pack a hell of a bunch, they are one of the weakest combat wise, but their strength is in the people. but The Minutemen and The Railroad under Deacon could be a hell of a faction for good in The Commonwealth. As for The Institute? just liker the BOS, they are tech focused, and use The Wasteland as a testing ground, put them in charge despite what Momma Murphy believes, they would become the next Big Mountain and The Commonwealth would be that much worse off for kit. As each faction is presented in the game, no matter which one is in charge at the end, The Commonwealth is screwed, totally screwed, Fallout 4 has the bleakest endings of any Fallout game to date. Fallout 4 under that BOS had hope, New Vegas under Robert House, had hope, albeit a cold one, but 4? 4 is bleak as can be as none of the four factions on their own can save that region, nor will they.
Agreed. Unless there was ANOTHER faction that could reach a middleground that is better organized, armed, and protected and willing to actually do good for The Commonwealth, it is pretty much flipped on it's stomach and taking it forcefully up brown town. The Commonwealth is doomed regardless who is in charge.

I have a PA heavy gunner food build. You use good doggy and the nuka cola perk in unisen with thirst quencher and the one that makes food last longer. Heal 66% of hunger with one can of dog food. Heal 90% of thirst with nuka cola.
Considering canonically there are no actual vampires in the world of fallout. All this perk would do in actuality is speed run aids in survival mode. 😂
That' if they ever get around to making it since they did a horrible update for Fallout 4 breaking mods and no one wants the update, sorry to console players since they can't downgrade like PC users are doing.
If this was in any other game it should give you like in fo76 cant remember the perk name but you should have a little less special like endurance and strength and agility in the light but better in the derk but also be able to use the blood pack to have the +1 in the day aswell
far flung fireworks is more like an extension of meltdown from New Vegas, which is energy weapon kills may cause enemies to explode (and possibly chain react)!
