Jacob has been my biggest inspiration since Summer 2023. We closed a deal together last October, shortly after I enrolled in his REI Scalers course! Unfortunately, I made the foolish mistake of taking my foot off the marketing pedal. My constant overthinking and insecurities with talking to sellers caused me to fall out of wholesaling completely.. That led to procrastination and then a vicious downward spiral. Hearing Jacob’a words again definitely makes me determined to turn things around for good! I can’t wait to reconnect with him. Thank you for the amazing interview! 🙏

I gotta ask the question since I’m just getting my marketing up and running on my end. I scrub for the DNC list right now as well as known litigators etc with the platform I use. Were yall scrubbing for the DNC list when you got sued for it?

Love the content brother! How did he get his lists when he started out to give the cold callers/VA's? Was he manually pulling them in a propstream or Batch or Deal machine? Just starting out wholesaling trying to build enough wealth to grow my rental portfolio and do flips. Any advice is appreciated!
