Eagles fan here. I tipped them today too. Such a rough performance. Backs held up well early and considering the flow out the middle and forward line maybe not too bad all day. Every other line needs to learn lessons from that fast. Contracts of multiple players and staff up for grabs at sessions end. Hate to talk like this hoping we can show more again soon. Flying over from S.A. for Brisbane match. Hoping we've reorganised and gelled better by then.
Honestly, why would anyone want to leave the Swans? They are still very young. They all enjoy a lifestyle that other states can not offer and finally, are playing a brand of football that could lead to multiple Premierships.
Unless Warner wants to go, Sydney could backend whatever he wanted I assume. They have a few guys like Grundy, Adams, Parker, Lloyd on half decent money who are 30+
For Yeo its talk of two years plus option of one year. But club promoting it as three years apparently. With Barrass I've heard that he's not that happy with the $ value of his contract and been trying to pressure the Eagles to renegotiate his contract so the value of the contract per year is more.
"As i record this this remains Sydneys only loss to this day" Lol video didn't last 24 hours before that changed, well done dockers. Also good video look forward to the follow up.
The non interest in Tim English makes sense for a club, he's high risk in a sense from the extensive history of head knocks. Obviously I hope Tim's never in that situation but clubs will assess a players Head knock history when making contract decisions especially length of contract.
I am going to the suns and magpies AFL game tonight. The Suns will beat the Magpies at people first stadium tonight to keep their amazing 7-0 home record this season. GO THE SUNS AND GET INTO THE FINALS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER
West Coast a a BIG chance to knock off the Hawks this week. The bye came at a terrible time for Hawthorn interupting some good form and to have to travel to Perth the very next game could impact a young side. It will be the first or second time playing in Perth for a few of them.
The game is so close these days. There are very rarely any total shocks anymore. A bottom four team will beat a top four team if the top team is 5-10% off. Equalisation has done it's job. The only game here that made little sense at the time and even less since is the Tiges beating Sydney. You could maybe include the Eagles against Melbourne but WC are a chance against anyone at home even when they are below average (which they are fast closing in on)
@@alexjones9038 how is that possible though? It was the first round of the season, Carlton had gotten smashed in all their preseason games, and Brisbane had smashed other teams. Also, the odds were $1.45 to $6.30
