没有用小麦面粉哦,用的是面筋粉,碳水比较低

請問蛋是多大顆的?我用了一顆帶殼60g左右四顆, 可是這樣總量倒進6吋模已經滿出來了!!!為什麼妳的倒完好像只有6吋的8-9分滿而已?

我用的鸡蛋小一些,大约带壳50g-55g,如果装完蛋糕模还有剩余,可以烤一些纸杯蛋糕类的小蛋糕哦

视频中200g是冬瓜,并不是冬瓜泥哦,因为担心会失败,所以先用100g冬瓜泥尝试的,冬瓜泥和壳粉按10:1的比例就可以啦☺
