I am LOVING your videos! I would also highly recommend driving from Helensburgh in Argyll and Bute up to Garelochhead and then to Arrochar and the area around there. Absolutely stunning! Alternatively you could also go the opposite way from Helensburgh up to Balloch take a ferry over to Balmaja and do the West Highland Way around Loch Lomond. The possibilities around that area of Scotland are endless. So blessed to have lived there for five wonderful years.

Aww I spent my summer holidays with family on the Isle of Lewis and we always caught the ferry from Ullapool! Best Fish and Chips there ever! 🙌 I stayed a few time in Laid and Gairloch 🥰

@@CheapHolidayExpert Hi Chelsea and James, Have you guys ever made a trip to "The Yorkshire Moors" brilliantly described by Emily Jane Brontë in her one and only novel "Wuthering Heights". It was a strange joy for me when I found her book in the curriculum In senior high. From that novel I have had this urge to go and see the Yorkshire Moors to be able to relive what Emily Brontë tried so hard to pass over to the reader about her own land and habitat. I hope one day to make my way out there but if you go there before me I would be delighted to watch and learn from your experience out there. Take care guys.

Bugger the 500. Stay 4 nights in Ullapool,Mandy do daily trips from there. Thursday night on. Summer you might be lucky , see The a Johnny Cash Duo, The Cowan, Martin Stephenson or Ruairidh Maclean. Beers in Ferry boat, Arch, Argyll, Royal hotel, Ceilidh Place etc. Good Chippy in Deli ca Sea. These pubs all do good food too, and great banter.

Yep, definitely worth looking up how best to drive on those sort of roads. Word on the street is 15th July for Scotland to open to tourism again - I’ll be making a video about how best to travel there at the moment!

Jay bbz, if you watched the video you’d see us in pubs and B&Bs which aren’t open at the moment. Of course this wasn’t filmed in lockdown! Though some self contained places will be open from 3rd July, and others from 15th so it won’t be long until people are visiting again.
