I mean obviously the whole Stock pot thing is BS, but i love that even if he does so much things non traditional its for a reason and that he mentioned it must taste good. I respect and love italian cuisine, its amazing and i have been to Italy a lot. An its not like every Dish there is perfect, i visited really good Restaurants were i was a bit disappointed and thought that my home cooked version, maybe slightly off tradition is better.

Do you think Marco talks to himself like this in the kitchen? I mean, in these videos, there's clearly no one else there. I know he's instructing the video viewers but who the heck is he talking to? He keeps looking up an addressing an invisible person.
People laugh at the idea of using stock pots but those things are pretty much msg, salt, sugar, and one or other spice. There's really nothing wrong with using them as a seasoning shortcut.
