Nice to see you back! One thing that I would like to point out is the charm stacking for the poison duration mod. AFAIK when there are mods that have the line "up to x", the maximum doesn't stack, only the first part. So with your setup I think you are actually getting "9% increased duration of poison per poison, up to 100%", instead of "3% increased duration of poison per poison up to 300%" or "9% increased duration of poison per poison, up to 300%". Not sure if that's what you intended or expected, but I'm not sure if it's worth spending multiple charm slots to reach the maximum poison duration faster. Again, I'm not completely sure it works like this, but there are two other examples that do show this kind of interaction, at least in PoB, so I'd like to think that I'm not spreading misinformation (but if I do end up being wrong please feel free to correct me). If look into the notable "Dark Ideation" (2% increased chaos damage per 100 mana, up to a maximum of 80%) from chaos related clusters and try to stack them, the maximum damage increase you can get is 80%. Do note that it is 80% increased chaos damage independent of how many of that node you have allocated. Stacking multiple of those will only make it easier for you to reach the cap: with two of those you will need 2k mana to reach 80% increased damage, instead of needing 4k mana to get 160% increased damage. The other example is the Anamanu's Gaze unique jewel, that requires your character to be affected by 5 ghastly jewels to max out the damage over time multiplier. But if you socket the unique jewel on a Darkness enthroned, the maximum amount of DoT multi to minions is still 30%, but every single ghastly jewel will give you more, in the end making so that you require less jewels to reach the cap.
