Swearing out but taking money to race in countries with no human rights , totally hypocrite. F1 has been circling the drain for a while now and getting totally ridiculous.
lol, if binotto would have treated his job in Ferrari as important as he takes his hair maybe he would have gotten them somewhere. I doubt he can bring the audi team forward.
jeez they even called it a "farcical situation"😭 what the hell its not even the first time someone outside the top ten took a point away from a championship contender... never liked the race and this just compounds that feeling
Children should be governed by their parents. Children should know what words they are not to use. They can be taught that there are "bad" words not to be used but they also can be taught that sometimes adults use these words and that it is frowned upon. We can't shield them from every bad thing. How many people chase their kids out of the TV room to watch the news?

As with anything F1 adds in, drivers and teams find a different way to use it. There's no reason it cant stay in and then have points awarded from first to last. If they really want to spice things up, give the bottom 10 more to fight for in both points and money.

First they came for Hamilton, you did not speak up because you didn't wear any jewellery. Then they came for Max, you haven't spoken because you are "good little boys" They clamped down on freedom of expression and then no one was left to speak out for you.
To be honest I don't really like swearing in press conferences and stuff, it feels performative, but it doesn't bother me to the point of being upset or anything and it certainly doesn't need to be punished. If Ben Sulayem has a real issue with it then like you say, they should approach the drivers/teams in person and put their view forward and ask them to mind their language in these situations. Ultimately Verstappen has everyone on his side in this and the FIA look petty and unreasonable. Also, expecting drivers not to swear on the radio is farcical.
well, he does swear the most and most of the time it's not even under pressure, his common use is what makes this different. his tantrum to the penalties from the FIA, another tantrum hurting fans not the FIA, no speaking in press interviews, then as fans didn't like this another tantrum ....carry on and I will quit.... ...MAX , the rules were there first your being paid millions and you want to quit because of it ... well don't let the fans stop you ...childish or what
I think we need to talk about the fact Autosport (who published the ‘rapper’ Sulyem interview) removed the article after the backlash. Was this FIA nudging an independent motorsport magazine to do what it wants?
1 point is better than 0 points. He would have finished outside the top 10 anyways. So why not bring one for both teams RB and VCARB. Makes perfect fucking sense to me.
The only thing more hit and miss than the RB this year is Helmut Marko. Sure, he’s signed talent like Vettel or Verstappen but in the same token, most Marko signings have turned out to be severely over rated. Lawson will likely be the same
