its probably too late, but the reason the bag isn't resealable is because protein powder got into the little flap (female) because they're manufactured without closing the seal. i usually take a small card and stick in that opening and scrape off and that issue never occurs again

In my experience with 5-6 different brands, Best case it tastes like milk or cheese (a very mild mozzarella?) most cases it just tastes awful. This recipe was great.
