@4j25 KA,WV has another 3T22 but its inactive and was replaced by the yellow and black Modulator or someone people call it the thundermod but surely its not.
lived in clarksville almost my whole life and people saying that they have never heard of a speaker like that. its been that way since i was a child. its scary and weird but convenient at the same time. they will also use the speaker for severe thunderstorms as well.
