Didnt work at all. Pls dont waste your money. It didnt work with my Iphone 13 and it can not find my pet or give accurate info. Customer service is automated and doesnt help at all. Dont be frustrated pass on the YIP tracker
you mentioned this will only wotk with UWB, correct? i in California and have the S24U and it shows 5GUC on it. so i assume it works anywhere in the US. however, here is my question, if i place the smartag2 in my luggage and i am in Thailand airport and i do not have the UWB signal on my phone, will i still be able to track my luggage??
Does the EUFY tag have the same range as the AirTag? I read the AirTag range is only 20 ft, or 9 meters. In other hand, the EUFY tag reaches over 80 meters, is that right? Have you ever tested the range?
I would get one that has a subscription that’s small. There air tag and blue tooth are effective as long as another iPhone or something of the same type is available. Cellular can track ANYWHERE(except in a tunnel)
To help you all out . But not take 20 minutes. I bought a tracki last year. This thing is garbage. It would tell me my boat was at my house and when it started moving. But 2 miles from my house it lost it every time. I live in Raleigh Nc.
I have this and my Bluetooth was on and kept connecting to my husband's airpods so my question is do i have to keep my Bluetooth on consistently in order for the smartag to work or can i turn off blue tooth and still work?
Each review only tests the Bluetooth functions. no one shows test about a lost device over the fdm network. because it doesn't work, neither with Pebblebee nor with chipolo trackers.
I was looking at getting one of these for my bike and to slip inside my bike helmet; purely for the find feature incase someone steals it. So from what I understand Power Saving mode will still keep the location enabled to be able to find it (assuming ofc it can ping off other Galaxy phones) ?
Greece here. It's working. I left it in the car in crowded places and i got updates around every 15 minutes. You can't receive faster updates even if you left it next to another android device with the FMD Network sharing location option on
No infortunately, it comes preinstalled with recent phone but even there I don't think it's enabled by default. You have to explicitely opt-in to the network. Hopefully as those trackers get more popular more people will enable it, and the best would be if Google makes it opt-out instead of opt-in.
It's going to be hard to find something with a gps that you don't need a lifetime subscription for. I'd rather Bluetooth since almost everybody uses it. Sadly gps is the most accurate. Hopefully, soon we'll have market contenders with both.
Most Kickstarter campaigns will send out a survey between the time the campaign ends and before shipping to make sure they have up-to-date shipping information. During this time, most companies also have a color selection process. It's also a time when the company will try to upsell you on additional accessories or units. However, you should probably check out the campaign's information page and Q&As. If you don't see the answer on those pages, there is always a contact button on the Kickstarter campaign page to contact ESR.
No super product so far Apple only major benefit is the accurate location. Other than that, apple major weakness is the low audio level + needing a case for hanging which easily drops the audio level by ~50% compared to Eufy or ither#

I lost my wallet with Chipolo card, and thought it was in Paris. I had four tags. Two were near me including wallet (one which was under my seat on plane). Needless to say I would have not found it unless I had turned on the sound. In less than a month it has paid for itself. Thanks for this review!
3:00 Atuvos weakness is the power off button; there is now way of knowing it's on or off away from phone. My kid turned it off and we could not find afterwards.
Thanks for sharing. It's interesting that some see it as a benefit and others see it as a weakness. Good thing there are other trackers to choose from.
Did you go into settings and enable it? It is typically turned off. Having said that, I'm on Verizon and I read Verizon's security protocol does not allow this feature to be enabled
@@vishalsrinivas6497 I get it's unlocked, but when sign up with a certain carrier, aren't you subject to whatever limitations that result from their security framework? But if it is indeed enabled in the tag settings, and still not working...try the usuals in this order: refresh the tag, reset the tag, restart your phone, exchange the tag for a new one. Also, what specific phone do you have? Like I have the Galaxy software version required to use the SmartTag2, but because of my particular model, the camera doesn't appear when close to the tag during "search nearby" mode.
