If there's a news outlet in the game says "Army is pulling back", it's gonna ruin my whole roleplay because I'm legit a soldier in the game with A.I. teammats -_- (I use debug)
A news team makes sense. No other reason for them to hover around and go "OH MY GOD LETS WATCH THAT GUY!!" and stupidly risk his life in the process. CNN in Project Zomboids canon?
Alcohol will also act like sleeping pills, making you sleepy and allowing you to sleep despite being in agony and whatnot. Another tip is this still works if even you only drink a little bit so drink a 1/4 of alcohol then press esc to cancel.

Terraria has a Spiffo pet item that can rarely be dropped from zombies with a 1/1500 chance. The tooltip for the buff is "This is how you died" and everything. I think it would be pretty cool if Zomboid got a Terraria reference as well. Now I'm not saying "Add a plastic meowmere toy that is comedic, practically useless, and doesn't fit in with the time period / style of the game." No, I am thinking of something more subtle like a poster depicting a Terraria tree disguised as a motivational poster of sorts. You can put it in a school to explain the cartoony look, or throw it into a zoo near a rabbit enclosure to remove doubts people may have of it *not* being a reference. That way, it blends in with the scenery / time period, yet can still be identified *as* a reference for those with a keen eye. You might even be able to take it with you and hang it up somewhere at your base if you want to, right next to your ecstacy of gold.
never seen any youtuber talk about the futurama bender truck. its a white delivery truck with a picture of human bender as the logo. cant remember the name of the ‘company’ but i just found one in my game
I definitely would have gotten myself killed by generator fumes if I didn't know the game simulated them. Same from the corpse sickness. The berry testing method is smart. That plumbing option is insane. Thank you for sharing these.
Sunday Driver is a good negative trait if like me you drive fast and crash into things. Thankfully I need not worry about that in this game because I usually don't last long enough to drive anything.
I one time find Katana ...At Rosewood. At first day. At first house i entered after leaving my spawn house. Also there was big backpack (second best after military backpack in game). And a working car with gasoline and keys. And that all at same building. I repeat. First house i entered after leaving spawn house. (I have screenshots btw)
Imo watching TV in the early game is a trap. You do not have time to find and read the skillbooks corosponding to the tv shows and if you watch the shows without reading a book you waste alot of exp. I personally skip the tv shows, focus on finding the books and then hit the vhs store.
I survived two days, real time, it was pretty crazy, I cleared the prison, went in to start clearing one of the malls, I killed like 2 thousand zombies and they kept coming and surrounded me slowly, Good old Officer Bill Lawmen
