Today's workout includes:
1.) Warm Up
Wall Sit - 1 minute
Light Jog - 3 minutes
Leg Swings - 15 each way (forward backwards, side to side)
Walking lunges - 20 yards (forward and backwards)
High knees - 50 steps in place (fast as possible)
A Switch - 20 yards (2 sets)
Karaoke - 20 yards (2 sets)
Pogo Jumps - 10 reps (2 sets)
Backwards run - 20 yards
Light build ups - 3 reps (20 meters)
2.) Work Sets
Backwards sprints 6x40 yards @ 95%
3x140yd @ 75% w/ 3’ rec.
3.) Cool Down
5-10 minutes of stretching focusing on ankles, hip flexors and hamstrings.
