you need to remove bg3 from any complaints, nothing has been like that crpg in 20 years. I know, I play them all. Larian is an INDIE studio. Dragons age was good, 10 years ago. The new da might be good. the new fable might be good. To say you only play one type of game kinda makes you a loser for limiting yourself.
I did watch the entire video and you sounded like you were calling it shlop like the rest.... So.... If I am wrong I apologise but maybe you could also be a little clearer in the way you talk or script your videos instead of a long winded rambling complaint...
I also believe that game designers, artists and developers who are exceptionally talented will never fit in the AAA gaming industry. Indie developers are just better than those who work for companies. Geniuses will always find a way to start their own business, to create their own path. That's why we have the likes of ConcernedApe and Toby Fox make their games solo and succeed because nothing can limit their creativity and intelligence. But when you're average, you'll always have to depend on being hired by other people. That's why AAA games are mediocre, because people who work on them are also mediocre. I'm speaking as an average office worker myself.
@@ShpeedleExactly. Beggars can't be choosers. Though, there might be some exceptional individuals who are unfortunate to be trapped in the rat race since they have to survive/feed their family and have no funding for their dream projects. They could've been the next Toby Fox but reality killed their dreams. But you better believe that if one of the average developers from let's say Bethesda or Ubisoft loses their job, there's a high chance that they could start their own game and flop because they're just not good enough. It takes a rare and special kind of talent to create something meaningful, much like music, art, etc. Meritocracy exists, but at the same time it doesn't.
Red dead is an interesting game. Its got alot of the issues that i despise in triple aaa gaming, but Unironically, has some of the best writing in any medium, ever. So even if its filled to brim with objectives, it is too detail oriented for me to hate
Nah. I can pretty much say that the gameplay is exactly how i described it. 12 hours is a long ass time, and most games i try i don't even find worth reviewing.
I’ve put almost 100 hours into it and I’m still discovering new stuff, the developer is kool too, he listens to the community and is always adding new in game events and mechanics.
It was by choice. You only need like 3-4 bolt style cards to punch through, and with even 1 monastery swiftspear, young pyromancer. Or a torbran. You're going to be knocking out the enemy very rapidly. I run 3 lbolts, 4 lstrikes, 4 mjets, and 4 of the spectacle burn spell.
@Shpeedle seems good, I'd drop the fire servants, maybe for some card draw type effect. But it sounds like you're playing it as more of a pet card already.
Im saying it because unfortunately (games still good) the devs have been ultra slow with updates, which. Is never a good thing. Its not like the game is shit on console. It's just the devs take years to do shit there
Lmao im aware of the card economy. Im just wondering who decided to buy a box for 65 dollars. I would never blame the sellers for reacting to a market (unless its ticketmaster)
Nah. Its a good game. stuff like majula theme, the dlc, the variety of weapons, open at first then convergent level design are very appealing. The combat is slower yes, but not unbearable and actually quite enjoyable in alot of ways, the magic, setting, and lore in ds2 are unique. It's not a bad gamr, just flawed
@@Shpeedle it's so flawed it's bad the weapons durability system is ass so even with that variety they keep breaking and yes I know thats in the others but it's handled far better to the point most people don't even realise it exists. Also the level design being appealing is completely subjective I find it annoying AF it's objectively fine in theory I think it was handled a little poorly but overall fine. The music is always good I don't consider that to be part of why it's bad, if the game does need to rely on DLC to be good it's a broken game 9/10 times. I would definitely have to re play the game to remember and find everything I think is really bad but I know it's not good even compared to the rest of gaming except like mobile games
I unironically think you're inflating the competence of the gaming industry, yes, dlc should not be needed to fix a game, but also, the dlc adds substantial content to the game, which i can't say about most companies. Yea, the durability is dogshit, but it's not unbearable and only really affects you dueing specific areas (gutter) The competition is not exactly bright. From the same call of duty for 40 years, to fifa, to overwatch, to mobile games. The game industry has way more slosh than bangers. Baldurs gate was so much better than competition, that devs feared it. There is an absurd amount of slosh coming out, every hour there's a new steam asset flip. Yes, i understand why you'd dislike the game. But the game has so much right. At it's core, the combat, weapon design, world building, lore, music, level design are well executed in comparison to the industry, yea it could be substantially better, and it's good that they learned from ds2 for ds3. But ds2 is not a bad game. @@mobmorgan
@@Shpeedle just because dark souls 2 led to 3 doesn't redeem it, the same can said for dmc2 which is widely regarded as awful and Its the same with dark souls 2. And I did in my last comment exclude mobile games but if you ignore that yea it doesn't look so bad but it's still not good. Also no we haven't gotten the same call of duty for 40 years I don't think they've been out for 40 years, but just no black ops one is not the same as modern warfare is not the same as advanced warfare, in the last I'll give you maybe 10 years of cod probably more like 6 it's been the same damn game with the exact same gameplay loop and mechanics with no real deviations. The last good cod was black ops. There's still a lot of great games especially in the indi space. I don't really consider those asset flips as games really but counting those then yea it doesn't look so bad but it's still not good and fuck it's on par with a lot of bad games like dmc2 especially considering the aspect you said are good apply to dmc2 but its still bad. The DLC isn't part of the main game so it shouldn't really be considered unless specifically talking about the DLC as most people played it before ethe DLC and without it because it cost extra, I haven't played it yet because the base was so bad I didn't waste my time and money for it
Thank you! People are just probably angry from their life. And since im not a comfort creator, they're more defensive. But the majority of people are indifferent/happy with my content@@metalsonicfan1231
If you open packs like that where Ghost Rares are included, you fuck up the corners pretty easy, so the card loses 1/3 of its value in an instant. The way you press em into the sleeves can damage the corners as well. Are you a TCG-Collector or just here to gain some views/subs? Feels like that..
Its fine to criticize. RU-vid is a free speech place, you can dislike my stuff all you like. It won't hurt me as a creator, and is always good for feedback/the algorithm@@seokonboss4652
