Musically, this is the og. trio's best musical phase; they returned to prove they could improve and they did. Cast in Stone, though not a typical oldschool 1stWave BM album, is menacingly heavy, maybe the heaviest and most well crafted by the originators.

From 35:40 Is probably the only time when I am able to hear the drums properly. He wasn't Scott Travis, yet he was very good indeed!

I can still smell the people, the soil, the rain, the beer, the pros and the weed of that evening. 'Venom' was a myth to most of the people and you could spot that many had real troubles figuring out what the fuck was going on on stage that night. 😂 Legends at work.
The only weak link in Venom was Abaddon. Cronos is an incredible Bass player, and Mantas is one of the best guitar players. The Vocals were limited, but they were done that way intentionally
