I really like Bauer tools but if I need more power I pick up my Hercules tools. I bought both lines of tools. But I think Bauer is the best bang for the buck.
I used my new Ryobi saws all for the first time, gave my old one to my kid. I was abusing it trying to cut a wall out at the floor, so it got that same wiggle side to side. Now it's my loner tool, don't mind giving it away. I started buying all Harbor freight tools. Mostly all on sell or buy battery and charger and get a free tool. So now I have 2 of everything. Plus about half a dozen Ryobi tools.
Permacure II Insert Repairs, clean the hole moving one way around only going in/out, never leaked and permanently fixes your hole, will fix thicker sidewalls , cheap inserts you use are temporary and garbage, we call them fatropes, 3+ years using Permacure on customers Also you should grind the insert tool down on all sides for it to be smaller, mostly the punctures are quite small, when inserting i wouldnt turn the the tool at all if possible, inflated tire wont flex and the pull out is instant full force out,
Yes, much easier to use on an inflated tyre. Ive used them mainly on ATV and tractor tyres. - just thinking about the first one I ever did- it was almost 50 years ago!
@@t.h.o.r. box of permacure repairs should be around 15 euro for 50 pieces, used to be half cheaper before "covid". inside the permacure is rubber , outside is special coating for permanent vulcanizing, so dissapointed that all the gas stations and even tire shops use these crappy inserts that dry up and leak , also for high speeds any puncture repair is safety risk , i put my money on permacure, fatrope gets spat out after 150km/h
@@siimmolder6964 so totally save on tractors and old diesel utes then? 😆 - Thats all I drive. Interesting, what you say about them drying out- I see how that can be a thing. Thank you
Particulates down to 2 micron. the colloidal silver kills bacteria- If you have no colliodal silver use hydrogen peroxide. EVERYBODY should be making CS these days. see my video- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IaUFpG-0fTU.html to remove chlorine, leave water in direct sun in a clear container for 1 hour
Great video very informative and easy to understand .Thank you. I have fitted one onto our caravan and it was quite easy to do. The only additional thing I did was to fit a small primer bulb between the tank and the filter, this eliminated the need for the pump only mode and possibly running the pump with no lubricant ! Two “small squeezes “ was enough for the line to be fully ready to fire it up. Thanks again for your video very informative.
It has been scientifically Proven that there is no such thing as gravity. You might want to stop using that satanic spell word that's endoctrinated such evil lies as the heliocentric model, and fantasy spinning water balls.

For those wanting to know The 12 inch terra cotta planters use a 1 and 1/8 sink plug. Note 12 inch is the description. I believe that the diameter. The 8 inch is a smaller hole. I believe a 15/16 cork will fit. Going to check next time I go to the city. The 12 inch also is the right size for a 5 gallon bucket. And the pots at Lowe's Home depot are Italy terra cotta. I never looked until I seen his video. Btw Make sure the ones you buy are not cracked. First store I went to every one of the 12:inch were cracked. Matter of fact every one of the other sizes were also crack except to one 8 inch I bought.
Also you may have to 'cook' it in the oven to remove the wax finish some factories coat the pots with to slow transpiration. Also dont buy pots made in India- full of contaminants.
@@t.h.o.r. lol. Mine won't fit in my oven. But they started the osmosis quick so don't think that's a problem. Also. Not sure if it was you or the other guy. I sanded them with 80 grit sand paper and rinsed them before I started. It's been almost 3 hours now since I put water in them.
Update. The one for cooling water is differently working. Actual time 3 hours and 45 minutes Water went from 90 degrees to 70 degrees The filter isn't doing so well. Not even half a cup. But the outside of pot is drenched. On the other hand. It's humid today first rain in almost 2 years last night. So I think that's factor. But nice to know that the cooling is working. Also another said filtering it works better in direct sun. Will try tomorrow. And see how it does today. I wasn't expecting it to be quick And someone may of even been you. Said the longer it's used the faster they get. It is s passive system. So expect it to be slow. However it works out. I want to be able to scale up to 5 gallons a day. That should be enough.
@@IvanhoeWolfe-zn6fc Its great to get detailed feedback- thankyou on behalf of everyone reading this. I initially made mine because I had no pressurised water to run conventional filters in. No gravity filters in my town under $199 so I made mine. its now about 3 years old and cleans all my kitchen water. Shower and sink is roof water just 'strained' to take out leaves and pine needles.

In the US. Unless you get supllies free. You won't get it for $10. I just bought my supplies. Pot $30. Sink plug ( 1 1/8) eanted cork but couldnt find one big enough at Lowe's or home Depot. $3 5 gallon buckets $4 No spout So basicly $40. My pot fits a 5 gallon bucket. The lip of the pot sits on the top of the bucket. No drilling cutting or other stuff. And loose enough for aur exchange.. Once i confirm it works. I eill be Making a much larger one. For a 55 gallon drum. Pot eill cost $65 . Why such a size? I plan to filter laundry water and bath water to reuse in them If all goes well. I will have 6 big filters. 55 gallon drum, two 5 gallon. And two water coolers. After that. I plan to recycle urine to add to wash water using terracotta filter Hoping it will off set the water lost to evslopation. Hey laugh but i didnt receive any measurable rain last year. Meaning i didnt get water. And bulk water is so chemical treated that its even rejected from swinning pools. Set it infront of your face and seconds later it burns your eyes. Plus this should filter my bulk ester too. Its a pain to travel the 50 miles to town ( 100 round trip) to get bulk water.
I simply would not live in a city. mainly because of the restrictions on living life in a healthy holistic way. We were not created to live in cages and be fed processed rubbish food. I have side stepped tyranny and authority all my life- and its getting harder. municipal water only gets used here for waterblasting and car washing.
@@t.h.o.r. I just looked at the two I bought yesterday. And made a post with more information. But they are described as 12 inch pots. And yes I agree the price is outraged. Worse is there are so approximately 24 inch pots. I'm going to be buy that are about $65 each. There is a place I'm going to try first though. About 10 years ago I bought a big pot from them. I crushed it. For it had gold in it It was from Mexico. I got half a troy ounces from it. I stop by a couple times a year. And haven't seen another with gold. Lol. However. Since one had gold. It's no telling what is in them. Then again I may have stumbled across something I wasn't suppose to. It would be a good way to smuggle Mexico gold across the border. No one is going to look closely at a truck full of terracotta pots. They are mainly looking for drugs and illegals. Got anything to declare. Just 200 terracotta planters. Ok $20 . Today say half are special. That 50 troy ounces at 2k per ounce. Or $100k It wasn't hard to mill either since once crushed to powder. The terracotta separated from the heavy gold easy. Anyhow if any Mexican are interested. Let me know. Easy money without the cartels. I will split profits 50% you make pot. I pick up in Mexico crush, mill and sell the gold.
@@t.h.o.r. my closest town is 50 miles. Population of 150 people. Closest city is over 100 miles. I go months without see other people..and that solely when I go to town or city. Last person I seen even close to my land, 10 miles away. Was over a year ago. But a few months back someone bought some land about a mile away. And messed up my road. I haven't seen them YET. THEY dropped off a shipping container and haven't returned. I can't wait for them to get stuck in Thier mess.
haha- youre kidding! - I do that now!. I bought a commercial ozonator and I have it on the wall above my two main tanks outside. I run it on a timer once a day.
Can these be used for low powered energy harvesting? I can power an LED with my soil batteries. But I want to instead store that energy to run a microcontroller for 30 seconds every hour.
Way less waffle than I hear and see in the average American offerings. I like it. Why not do a basic solar system, water or photovoltaic. I think I'd be able to watch one of your videos to the end, unlike so many others. 😂
haha - thanks Paul- I do try to be practical. New vids coming up: Im working on setting up a 2WD ute as a budget 'soft roader' for fishing/gold fossaking adventures. There will be low cost dual battery solar set up, storage ideas, self made awning, easy water system, low cost security, Driving in sand/mud with 2wd - recovery tips. prepping the vehicle for duabiity and reliability
Dont be so contrary! I used it because I couldn't get a cork. this video was made to help people think outside the normal paradigms. seems you need all the help you can get!
It's very common here in Brazil. Almost every house used to keep at least 1, but many swaped their old "filtro de barro" for a smaller plastic unit or a small water refrigerator. The filtering is still the same kind though (ceramic+activated charcoal+coloidal silver), which can be found in shops from every brazilian city. Funny thing is the "filtro de barro" (or clay filter, which is just a large clay pot to assemble all the parts mentioned in the video) is still better, cuz it provides high PH water and very cold temperature in a clean/atoxic enviroment and 0 energy cost. I got a 16 liters here in my house, but I just need to fill it once a day for all my family
yes im such an amateur. I try new things all the time. always trying to learn more and share it with people like you. Thanks for bearing with me. Hope me making the video helped you in some small way?
