Dyno videos, repair videos, adventures in canyons/mountains roads and the Motordyne transformation to my Infiniti G35 Coupe. I love RU-vid and decided instead of consuming, I wanted to start creating! So please subscribe and I'll do my best to create the most entertaining and helpful videos possible for the G35.
Wow man, this really helped a lot. I recently finished fixing up my 2006 g35 coupe and realized that it the idle was being very weird. It jumped from 600 rpm’s to 1000 back down to 600, and made the car annoying at times. I found this video without realizing I had to relearn the idle, since I did remove the throttle body to replace valve covers. This video helped a lot and I just finished the relearn.
thanks for the video, i dropped my g last week ( rim shot off whie driving mph) the onlt thing we can tell that needs replacing is the ball joint and praying thats it outside of my fender and possibly the rotar
Except, you’ll be cracking it to the right when the engine is in the car, looking down, you’ll be looking at it backwards. Just adding this because some people are way too literal.
Will the up rev app still tell me which one ecu I need for my car without having uprev or stick I’m having trouble finding a new ecu for my 2006 Infiniti g35 sedan auto I can’t find a part number because the last owner before tipped the sticker off
I wish I had seen this months ago replacing stock shocks on a 96 Fleetwood. Would have saved me a lot of headache. Especially because the attachment points are not as easy to access as the ones in your video. I have been putting off replacing the control arms because it requires me to take the shocks off again but this method has me feeling more confident about tackling that project.
Yes sitting is the worst thing for a car . As I am currently taking a break after pushing my g in my shop after sitting for 2 years. life happened and it became the 3rd vehicle. now need it due to driving an hour and 20 mins for college.
Our G’s MUST be brothers. I had the same thing happen to me last night. Car drove find parked it over night come back the next day to turn the key fuse #77 blows every time. I looked at every possibility. Then I just went out and unplugged all my coils and turn the key *Bam fuse pump primed and fuse was solid. Thanks for your help. Not sure what Nissan/Infiniti was thinking powering all these things through 1 fuse. It’s like 15 things this fuse powers.
My coil packs always go bad exactly like how they’re shown in the vid , so I’ve always had to replace them except this time I replaced them everytime I turned the key it’ll just blow my fuse I’ll try this method today
@@arielgomez1824 Yeah check the coil pack and then check all other items thats also use this fuse (valve timing control, mass flow sensor,cam/crankshaft pos. sensor,) For a wire grounding out.
