It looks like they should have been left sitting in the sun for a sweeter taste. The color is very light on the inside and too dark green on the outside.
It really depends on the cost of your electricity. Mine costs about $2 a day to run. Most things do not take this long though. It was the longest thing I have ever freeze dried
@@HomegrownFloridaZ9a Thank you that's a good guideline. I'm in the UK and I think our electric runs a lot higher here but it's good to know. Maybe you could do a guide video with a list of the quickest and longest things you most often dry freeze.
