Thank you for this. Great vlog. I bought these for 1 extra wide lens only. My worry is trying to change them in and out on location. Like at a beach. Hopefully, I master the technique without getting anything into the camera.
So this is essentially like having two lenses? I want to get the sony 16-25mm 2.8 g that was just released, but 25 is minimal reach, now I'm thinking twice about Purchasing one because of this feature, the 25 would be 50mm?
Hi John, great review… just wanna ask: what kind of adapter do I need to adapt that lens on review (Sony 70-200mm f2.8 G SSM II) to a Sony A6600 camera? Please would you give some options cheap and cheerful.
I've heard "begs the question" from professional news readers so don't feel bad for misusing the term. "Begs the question" means that you're assuming the conclusion in your premise. I know, that's confusing so imagine I say, "Who knocked over my bicycle?!" I'm assuming *_someone_* knocked over my bike, not the wind. What you mean to say is, "which raises the question..." Also, change your smoke alarm battery; I don't trust advice from people that can't do something as simple as putting a new 9V battery in their smoke alarms.

Hi John, would you recommend it for using on a A7III or A9 body with LA-EA 4 (and perhaps with 2x SAL TC)? Since this lens is no longer available in Belgium or the rest of Europe I notice that there are several used lenses on the market and since I do not have the budget for the SEL fixed lenses I am considering to buy this one
Is the aperture ring CLICKABLE on the Sony E mount version? The TTArtisan 25mm is. The 7Artisans 25mm is not. How about this one? It doesn't look like it from your video.
Is this camera good for street casual street photography? I will be in the market soon for a compact street and scenery/ landscape photography so I'm kinda looking for a compact camera in the budget side that's kind of all around. Thanks for the info.
