How many times a week? 2-3? My HIIT is always 2min on 2min off x6 At a Aerobic Power / Cardiac Power pace. So roughly 600m / 60 half-burpees a round 1 time a week outside of camp (general fit) 3 times a week inside of camp (fight fit) Whats your thoughts? Simplicity key for me
Would you say that it's more optimal to do strength and HIIT in the same workout session (Doing 20 minutes of HIIT after a hour of strength workout), or to have separate workout sessions for strength and separate one for conditioning?
