I just tried this today and it legit SUCKS! And I mean that in a GOOD way, I’m toast, dead, finished! Sucking air harder than a vacuum cleaner! Was insane! Thanks coach!

@@JasonbcavanaughI’m thinking about buying the KB program. I have 2x 25#, 1x 35#, and 1x 53# KB, dumbells up to 55# and a barbell and pull up bar. What equipment would I need for the program?

That’s plenty. All you need for this program are kettlebells. I’m coming to use a 35# and 53# to start. See how it goes.

How many times a week? 2-3? My HIIT is always 2min on 2min off x6 At a Aerobic Power / Cardiac Power pace. So roughly 600m / 60 half-burpees a round 1 time a week outside of camp (general fit) 3 times a week inside of camp (fight fit) Whats your thoughts? Simplicity key for me

1-2x a week this is extremely taxing you have to be prepared for it

If I was to drop the sprinting time to 30 secs instead of 1 min would I decrease the active rest period as well ?

Would you say that it's more optimal to do strength and HIIT in the same workout session (Doing 20 minutes of HIIT after a hour of strength workout), or to have separate workout sessions for strength and separate one for conditioning?

This depends on your schedule focus point and your ability to recover. You could do both but I would look to implement one at a time
