Why does every video i see need TOOLS to remove the oil filter??? What are y'all doing? Let the seal do it's work, you don't need to crank it to 90 ftlbs!
I get flashed all the time at night by angry drivers, and I didn’t know why. Finally assumed that the headlights of my 2024 Outback Limited XT were aimed too high from the factory. So I took it to Subaru, and the service person let me drive it right into the receiving bay in front of the check-in counter. I thought, “Yay! He’s gonna rectify my situation!” But nope! He took a measuring tape and extended it about 10 ft in front of the car and noted where the beams hit. He said, “Your headlights appear to be perfect.” And sent me on my way. But the angry drivers at night sure don’t think they’re set perfectly, as they continue to flash their high beams at me. So I’m going to Lowe’s today and will pick up a 10” #2 Philips screwdriver (If 8” is okay, then 10” should make the adjustment easier 😉). Thank you so much for this!
This is a deal breaker for me. I am looking into getting a Subaru Crosstrek for my son and he already drives too close and too fast when I can is turning right and I can see him having serious issues with this Eyesight Braking. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
Hi Sir , may I ask about TDC.When the “T” mark point the notch , and camshaft spocket show IN/EX facing outward its mean that is a TDC? Because I wanna remove the camshaft
Thanks for taking time to make this video. Do you mind sharing where you concealed the wiring once you tidied up everything? Your hitch install video is also excellent.
The only gun video on YT that actually clears and does safety precautions ! 👍👍 One thing I'd add would be at 0:19 looking up through the empty mag well to see daylight through the ejection port and also putting a finger into the chamber too feel for a non-ejected case.
I popped the grill/bumper assembly and removed the headlight assembly. No problem changing the bulb then, you can bet. Bolt and snap it back together. Whole job takes an hour; no contortions, no agony, no swearing. Buy yourself some replacement "rivet" clips when you get the bulbs, you'll be glad you did.
$170?? That's steep for plastic bits. I ordered an eBay version for $65, and it looks exactly like this one. I covered the tabs that hold it to the seat with the felt side of velcro fasteners and sanded smooth any rough edges to prevent marring of the seat. Looks good to me.
I use my doona car seat stroller, it has wheels and I use them wheelie control. I’m pretty new to motorcycles, but I really like to learn how to wheelie with my baby girl. Google Doona car seat stroller you’ll buy one immediately, it’s amazing
Does anyone know if you can add on the mirrors from the touring model that fold in as well as the smart rearview mirror with the camera in the shark antenna onto a 2024 Onyx model? I know all these accessories are available on the top level touring trim, but I’m looking to see if I can add them to my vehicle. I’m hoping the wiring harness is the same and that all I need to do is install the parts and plug everything in.
THANK YOU! I followed your video and was able to successfully install a hitch on my new Subie :) Your instruction was clear and wonderfully filmed/explained. kuddos to you!
A excellent video on the Ruger 10 22 how to work the magazine you can't go wrong with this gun I like the older models if you could find one buy they are hard to find 💯 👍
Thanks! Your video It works good in My Subaru Outback 2024 Touring XT I prints instructions your video notes also before I install Cargo net i call Subaru and they charged $110 to put those clips in the side
When pulling the taillights off make sure you pull straight back and not at any angle. I broke off the front corner on the left taillight and then wondered why I didn’t just pay the dealer the $350 they wanted. Also I would take pictures of each screw and faster before taking them off and take a pic of how the wheel well guard goes together with the bumper.
I just purchased a 2020 Subaru with a 2.4 turbo. The oil suggested is 0-20, as in the video? I also want to try Royal Purple. I've read where others say 5-30 oil works just as fine. Can anyone confirm?
The Gilman dealership in San Antonio beat up the oil drain plug badly when first changing the oil. I wasn't impressed either with the 4 broken windshields sustained in the first year of ownership and the excessive charge each time for 3 hours to recalibrate the cameras. I probably won't buy another Subaru.
Do you put the screw driver head between the fangs and click counterclockwise to lower. Want to make sure I am putting the screwdriver head in the right place. Thanks. There is a plastic piece with a slot that protrudes toward the back. It looks like the procedure would be to turn this plastic piece, but you don't mention it. Where does the screwdriver head go?
Thanks, My cargo net came from the dealer with no instructions or template, and the knobs loose in the pouch. I printed a template online and had it all done in minutes. Wouldn't of went down that way without your instructions!
I looked at a 2012 Outback Carfax and about 1.5 years after 170k miles. A person that did a youtube video about common problems with Gen 4 stated the problem with the bulbs is when the alternator gets old, it starts voltage spiking over 14.1 volts....He said, :Change the alternator out or get high quality bulb filaments" I thought can't you use LED bulbs, I put them in my dim 1997 outback and it was great!!!
Awesome presentation. Nice, calm, and informative. I know next to nothing about hand guns, and Knew nothing about shotguns, particularly the over/under. I've been thinking of getting one for a few years. Now I feel nice, calm and informed. I'm 'going shopping'. Thanks. Really appreciate it.
