Hello Emma, I just finished up at national laser Institute in Scottsdale. I watched your videos before attending, and now that I have completed my certification watching your videos, take on a whole new appreciation and understanding. Thank you for all of your insight especially packing a lunch idea.
Hello! how are things going now?. I am in my day 12 after Miradry. I noticed for the first time some BO on my left armpit. Before Miradry I didn't sweat as much as other people with heavy hyperhidrosis, but it was enough for clinical strength antiperspirants to don't work. I wonder if I am in the purging period. When did your purging period started? and: for how long did you keep sweating after the treatment? What deodorant do you use? when did you start to use deodorant again? Thank you for sharing!
This honestly made me feel so much better! Tomorrow is my 1st day at Massage Envy with hands on training. It's also my 1st esti job, and I'm so nervous! Thank you for sharing this!
Hi Emma, I just got an advanced esthetic license in Nevada. I am currently licensed here as a cosmetologist but am actually a cocktail server here because the pay is awesome. I've been in hospitality for over ten years now. What in your opinion is the best way to gain experience in lasers. Should I go to a place that has late hours so I can work when no one else does 😊. I know it sounds funny, but I like working late hours and many girls don't, I catch on pretty fast. Should I work for free or possibly barter a service once a month at the place I trained at? I'm use to having a clientele and have no problem building a business. I'm wondering if I should work 3x a month to get started in the biz at a local laser place that has longer hours. Thanks for the video.
Lemme just say I am the queen of changing my career. And that’s why I still have stuck with esthetics because I can change my career and go into something else later if I want to!
Please help me in getting funds to afford this procedure ... I have been suffering for more than 12 years i feel totally disappointed with myself ..i want to get this procedure done but no money I'm socially embarrassed which makes impossible for me to raise fund for this.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 please help me I'm totally ruined by this disease 😭😭😭
Your video was the most insight iv found on RU-vid, I am really passionate in skincare and really want to go into beauty college to receive my esthetician license!
Thank you for this information:). I’m thinking of doing the esthetician program and everything I’m seeing says it’s best to start with a salon. But worried about pay? How was the pay? Thank you
Hey there I’m so happy I saw your video. I start school for that field here soon. Am a bit nervous but I’ve always wanted to do this. So I know I can do it. Thank you ❤
I was going to say, a halo laser is waaay to much for 21 year old skin. I was shocked that they were going to go through with the full halo., glad they didn’t. A Moxi would have been perfect also. Your skin looks amazing.
Listen thank you so so much the information you shared! I’m exactly thinking to take nurse clases just bc I want to get inside the of injection, but is no no way I want to be in a Hospital!! I’m considering to take this school so that’s why I end it up here ! Thank you again ❤
I'm an MA with experience in plastics and have a cosmetology license. Would I still need to get certified as a laser tech? Would I be able to get on the job training or train outside the country (for tuition cost reasons) and practice in the states? Sorry for all the questions.
Im no expert lol but probably you wouldn’t be able to practice in the states with outside certification as sadly that’s how it is, it’s hard to transfer degrees/certifications especially in the USA but also I was looking into this career too, I just got licensed in cosmetology but I think this career is very separate from that and so to get a job in this field I don’t think cosmetology license is enough (you could try and get a job anyway though it wouldn’t hurt) I’m thinking of getting just a tattoo removal certification
Im a fully licensed cosmetologist of 18 years here in Florida. I spent most of that time doing hair, waxing, etc, but I remember in school giving facials, was my favorite! Back then though esthitics is not where it is now with job opportunities. So Im looking to make the switch, in especially since im already licensed for it. Any recommendations on good companies to start that will help with CE and training since I do need to get up to date on all the latest services and procedures? Thanks in advance!
I must admit I have been spooked by negative reviews of Miradry. My concerns: - Painful swelling and recovery lasting longer than usual. Mostly I'm worried about having to take excessive time off work. - The painful tightness or 'banding' sensation reducing physical mobility. I need my arms raised up for work. So this could be a problem. - Permanent lumps in armpits. What are the lumps? Cysts? Why don't they go away? - Its not always permanent. A lot of people report their sweating and odor coming back after the recovery period ends. Usually within the first year. Perhaps they just need a second procedure, however, if the first one didn't work why would you trust a second one to work? - Scary looking recovery images online. Some of the things I've seen, I hope are fake. This one guy had pictures of a lump that got infected and had to be removed. It looks like he had gangrene. He had to have dead flesh cut away. Again, I hope those pictures were fake. I know I didn't ask you any direct questions, but if there's anything you could tell me that might ease my mind I would appreciate it. Thank you for your video!
I had mine done last week..and the first night was so uncomfortable to sleep. You just need to keep icing it. There is now minimal swelling. I still have some lumps. Raising my arms still hurt a little.. I've definitely noticed a whole less sweating which I'm happy about..I'd give it a month or so before I give a more review
Dude, You`ve posted the same thing like on a million miradry videos! You`re one of those who will never speak to the Dr directly rather crib on youtube! Why don`t you approach a Dr who does miradry and just clear your misconceptions man?? Why are you looking for free unverified advice here???
